Very Clean and friendly staff in the contractor and paint department

The employee who helped me was amazing. She didn’t try to over sell me. She found of what my needs were and what I wanted and assisted me in finding exactly what I needed. She was great. She helped me from the beginning until I left.

Store was clean I like the fact that they were really practicing safety during the pandemic. Jasmine at the front desk was Awesome

Cashier was very good Josalee The Associate in the ceiling fan was also good thank you for your kindness

Recently placed an online order. When I arrived to pick up the order. I was being helped my a nice lady that seemed new. I asked if I could apply my military discount. The new person asked a coworker for help. The coworker started to guide her. I was told the order had to be refunded and rebilled. Not the issue. The issue is I was not told that it was not instant nor was a instore merch card used as I was spending a couple hundred dollars and takingtheitemswith me. It was presented like a quick transaction on the register but it wasn't. I felt the (coworker) customer service person intentionally locked up my funds because I asked for the discount. I say this due to her demeanor. I had to use a different method of payment. If I didn't have another payment option I could have been waiting 7-10 business day or how ever long it takes for a refund back to the bank before I could make my purchase. I write this review because I'm a customer. They are the transaction expert in this situation. I could have been told the process and we moved on. But I feel the coworker thought since she was not on terminal used for the transaction she can get away with this most likely letting the blame fall on the new person that was operating the terminal which is shame.

Very poor customer service

We received an excellent service provided by Cam yesterday, 03/14/20, he called the other Home Depot nearby to check if clearance items were available since we needed more. The Manager or employee today, 03152020 extended extra help, saved our items in a cart while we had to leave to church. When we came back the items were ready for us in the cart for purchase. Sorry, did not get the manager's or employees name.

This location has made several improvements during the course of the past year or so and it shows. Management really listens and it's nice to be spoken to and not spoken AT. Most recently this store has had upgrades done to their checkouts, signage and carts (both shopping cart and lumber) and as a person who frequents this store it does not go unnoticed. The ladies at the Pro Desk are always on top of their game and friendly!

My local home Depot is my go to store for all my supplies and materials. I'm never let down and I always leave with exactly what I need at a great price.

I love this store. It is always clean, organized, and visually appealing. If I cannot find something associates are always accommodating. The merchandising makes sense, especially when seasons or promotions change. The associates are always friendly and knowledgeable. It makes shopping for home improvement items less tiresome. Love the atmosphere!

A great to shop at WR, GA store. I received customer service today above and beyond. Great improvement from experience six months ago.

Since Matt has become the store manager this location has really turned around. Before he came there I had issues with employees having attitude. Now everyone is consistent asking if we need help finding anything, SMILING, and customer service oriented! Matt won my business back!
