This is one of my favorite places to shop. Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. They can offer suggestions to solving my strange hobbycrafter problems as well as tell me where to find the items I need.

I can pretty much always find what I need. The selection is good. And when I need help, there's always a knowledgeable and friendly associate nearby.

We always receive greet service from the employees at this Home Depot. The items are easy to find

Store was very well cleaned including restroom. Associates where very helpful. Cashier Trisha was also very pleasant and efficient.

I have shopped this store for a number of years and have always found the sales people to be very helpful and the products I needed usually available and modestly priced.

I absolutely love shopping at Home Depot. The associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. In addition, they've always offered sound advice and alternate ways to complete tasks which I would never have thought of. I have never met one associate who wouldn't go the extra distance to ensure I had complete knowledge on what I was trying to accomplish. They enable me to be successful!

This particular Home Depot sets the standard for other Home Depot in all respects, from employees to product selection and availability. In particular, the plants in the Garden Department are well maintained with a large variety of options to choose from. It is the best I've shopped in, and I've shopped in Home Depots from Virgniia to New York.

During a visit to Garden center, after purchasing a large arrange of flowers and bushes and grass supplies, 2 of the personnel let me walk right by them pulling 3 carts and not one of them asked if I needed any help

Finding the materials that I needed at a price that was lower than I expected...this is what the store associate did or me !!!

Spoke to two associates when looking to purchase an item seen online. Neither could completely verify if what we were purchasing matched a specific feature with the displayed sign. The box did not specify it, either. Also, the QR code did not even address the issue. We'll have to check it when the person who wanted it opens it. Not looking forward to a possible return. The associates were, however, very friendly and otherwise helpful The cashier was great and got us someone to help load our van quickly. The cashier also noticed my military status and gave me the appropriate discount for which I am quite grateful.

The store was stocked with what I needed and all of the associates were very friendly.

I love this store. I can always find what I'm looking for and if I can't a sales associate is always there to help. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Absolutely best store in the area for home projects and materials. This store never fails to deliver the absolute best in service.

I was able to find the products I needed, but an associate asked if he could be of any help. So I ran a few ideas I had with him. He was very receptive.

This is the only home repair store around What Home Depot does not have - we have to go to Lowes

I am in this store at least 3 times a week. The employees are always friendly and greet me with a smile. The customer service in this store is way above average. I will say however, lately, each time I visit the store the loss prevention alarm is triggered multiple times. I'm going to say the associates are not doing a very good job with de-activating the alarm sensors within the packaged items. I find this particularly disturbing because the noise level is over the top! This is the only thing that I would have to say regarding this store that is less than favorable. I wouldn't normally say anything about it, but with being such a frequent flier in the store it is a major nuisance. Not looking for a status for this review, just making management aware of a repeated issue.

This store is very close to my home. I can be there in 20 min or less.I did not know where the item was located so I went up to customer service and told the lady what I was looking for and she said i will take you and show you,and I said thank you..we went to isle 45. I wasnt there 5 seconds and here comes another associate.He asked me if I needed help and I told him that I was looking for a power trimmer that would accept a saw blade and what i needed it for and I told him I was going to clear an acre or more of saplings and I would need a gas powered unit.I then said what one would you buy.He took off the shelf and I said put it in my cart . I thanked and went off to pick a couple of other things-checked out and going out to truck and asked by two other associates if I needed any help putting them in my truck..this is why I shop HOME DEPOT!!!

Went to HD the day before Mother's Day and found plant stock to be plentiful and varied. Had no trouble getting plants on advertised sale brochure. Staff was friendly and helpful, although lines were long so another register could have been opened, my only complaint. Overall, a good experience.

I lead a church building ministry and the associates and managers have been so helpful with these projects. They have donated to us, explained the products we purchased and the uses, given me some wonderful advice and made certain that we were well taken care of in general. A special thanks for sharing the information about partnering with the store. One of the organizations I work alongside of in helping the under-served in our area is very excited about partnering with this store. We love that Home Depot is willing to help in our community!

THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN . THE ASSOCIATES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP YOU . I RECOMMEND THIS STORE .

Employees at the Warrenton Home Depot are very pleasant consistently. Seems to me that this Home Depot continues to practices the great customer service that was common to all the stores several years ago. I am greeted with a welcome and a smiling face every time. I can't recall ever leaving the store without the products I came for.

Bill and David in the Lawn equipment department were outstanding. They provided excellent customer service!!! They assisted me with locating the product as well as assisted with getting the product from the top shelf (via a fork lift). They took the time to answer all my questions as well as educating me on the specifics of operating the lawn equipment.

Went to get 16 bags of mulch and store associate Peter was very helpful and helped me load my vehicle.

to get in and out as easily as possible as well as being able to locate what i need is a plus. The warrenton Store is all smiles and nods ready to help if needed but not over bearing

Smell of the wood to finding new products, this is the 1st place to stop. Associates are very helpful and friendly. Plus, they are very knowledgeable and have greatly helped me with my problems, which are many.
