Great Warrenton Store!

Great Warrenton Store! All were extrememly helpful employees!

Sadly for our community this big box store is pretty much our only choice in Warrenton unless we want to drive to one of their other stores. This store use to be much better, the products were of better quality and the associates were experienced and knowledgeable, but that has eroded over the years and hope it is not due to age discrimination. Let me say, there are many good people working there, but they have no control over scheduling enough employees to cover the demand for customer assistance and sadly they have people (good people I think) covering various areas in the store and not having enough training and/or experience to properly help the customers. I manage to use this store because of my knowledge and experience, so I don't need a lot of assistance, but there are times I do need assistance in identifying a better product or solution for my project and quite often need help just finding something I purchase often because the store seems to continually relocate common items to places that just seem to be in the wrong area for that item. I blame management, either it is corporate management or maybe it is the main store manager that is the cause of these shortcomings. I don't believe all the associates are bad, but many do need guidance and training. This store has had some good managers in the past that worked the floor and guided (by being a leader and example setter) the associates, in addition to doing their respective other manager responsibilities. Now it seems there is no true leadership, just good people trying to do the best they can with what they have to work with. I'm writing this review in hopes that someone with authority will take a store with good potential and make the necessary improvements to make it a great store to shop in.

Well stocked. Associates are friendly and helpful. Checkout is seamless. More than ample parking. Easy in and out.

store was clean. staff seemed to less than normal. but I got item I needed.

The Associates in the Appliance section of the store were very helpful and answered all of our questions. The products that we were looking for were on display. Assistance was provided when needed. Additionally, Charlie the young man who delivered our appliances was very courteous and respectful. The setup of our appliance was quick and he also took the time to make sure that the appliance worked.

Yes I find the items I was looking for but it was hard walk to the store. Don’t try to get there on the weekends there’s too many sales Items in the walkways

This store was just putting out their Christmas trees and other items for their Christmas display. The store was clean and orderly and everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful.

The store is great and I will always use this store Only concern I have is that I wish the pro desk had more qualified personnel

Home and Garden Dept called me to let me know a shipment of Pansies had just arrived. I called earlier and was told they weren't in yet, and shortly after received a call they had just come in! It was not a phone call I had requested, but it was greatly appreciated!

Natalie in Warrenton VA explained how all the new products we purchased work, their warrenties and the delivery process. She answered all my questions. I left the store feeling very satisfied and confident about our large purchase. She was professional, knowledgeable and patient. Thank you!

THIS LOCATION ALWAYS HAS THE NICEST EMPLOYEES TO HELP US WITH OUR HOME RENOVATION NEEDS, FROM FLOORING, TO EXTERIOR DOORS, TO SOME OF THE WOODWORKING PROJECTS THAT WE ARE UNDERTAKING, ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND POINT US IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION IF WE HAVE NO CLUE WHAT WERE DOING. IT IS SOMETIMES HARD TO FIND SOME OF THE STAFF, SEEMS LIKE THEY MIGHT NOT HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE ON THE FLOOR WHEN WE TEND TO GO BUT GOOD HELP IS ALWAYS HARD TO FIND.

Warrenton Home Depot is my go-to place for all of my home needs!

Helpful and friendly staff, clean and open store, and overall stock being filled all the time. Very good Home Depot.

The overall staff of this Home Depot had a very wide range of experience for various different areas of expertise. Due to this advantage, every time I found myself there for my different projects I was working on, I could easily find someone to guide me into the result I desired.

Employees are very friendly and often offer help without asking. One of the better Home Depots

DON'T APPRECIATE DISCLOSING PROFILING INFO IE RACE & AGE

Don’t go here and expect to be helped loading your large or heavy building material!

Catrina from the Warrenton store took time to design the layout of our new kitchen help us pick cabinets countertops and backsplash as well as her an increase on our credit limit so we could take advantage of the 24 no interest credit card. She was knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to work with us on delivery dates and was patient through the whole process despite the stuffy warm area. She provided detailed information and had it all set to go. The area that she works in was really hot which makes it difficult. Designing, picking out materials and selecting colors etc takes time and the warmer it gets the grumpier people could get. She had a fan but that isn’t enough for her or the customer. The AC above wasn’t working well at all. The overall store was clean but crowded in most all areas. Which I guess leads to more selections. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and responsive to our needs. It was a definite positive experience.

This store is well marked and has kind and helpful employees around every corner.

Always a pleasure to shop here, staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Fantastic staff, lots of smiles and always around when you need to ask a question or need help cutting carpet etc. I never have to hunt around for home Depot person here!

Good if you're looking for construction grade wood and paint. For most other items it's a 50/50 shot if the item is in stock, especially hardware items.

The Store was neat easy to find what you are looking for . Paint associate was very helpful.
