The employees are helpful and courteous but maybe not enough of them during busy times to help find things and answer questions.

The cashier Matthew was so helpful and courteous, he even helped load the tremendous amount of lumber purchased into our truck. It happened to be a hot and rainy day.

Irene Alvarado floor specialist was pure joy. She helped us that other stores could not.

Overall a friendly store but there are some Clerks at the contractors check out that are very rude!

This store has the best customer service. If you can't find an item, just ask anyone and they will take you to it. If you are back near the door section, ask Dave. He is always willing to help.

Employees were very helpful - we were looking for a grill that was already assembled. Looked for and found assistance quickly - very satisfied with the help. The store was clean and well organized. The two employees who helped to load the grill into the car were very nice.

The Warrington HD store is my favorite! It is always neat and clean and the overall layout makes it easy to find what you need; and if you can't locate something, or just have a question, the associates there are knowledgeable, helpful, and NICE!

Want to commend an employee named Edson! He really stepped up to help us locate some cabinet pulls. The hardware was supposed to be in stock according to the online info, but we and another employee could not find them. We were pretty frustrated since it's a 40 minute drive to the store. Edson took it upon himself to track down the item and located it in a box on a shelf. He was so nice! Thanks!

Door and window specialists were friendly and knowledgeable. They took time to understand exactly what we were looking for and fit the products to our needs.
