Let me begin with the fact that the people at the home depot are always wonderful. They are kind and courteous and always willing to help. My only issue at the home depot and I do mean only issue is when you walk into the store and you have a handful of items and you have to self check out on a saturday.It is deplorable. I was in line on Saturday, with your 4 self checkout, with about 7 or 8 people in front of me. He had a few people behind me and one person trying to help all of these people at the self checkout. She was nice and she was as helpful as she possibly could be. However, she was not at a register.She was just trying to help people figure out how to use the machines. I do not believe they're overly complicated. However, I was in a hurry. I needed to get what I needed and get out of there. So I could get back home and continue my project and I couldn't do that. I spent thirty minutes in line.This is sad. A Monday or a Tuesday could be understandable. However, on a saturday, when everyone in the world is trying to get what they need done, and they cannot, because they have to wait in line for a ridiculous amount of time is unacceptable. I hope you do not take this as condescending or mean spirited because it's not the way I mean it, because, as I said earlier, everyone in that store always tries to be friendly and helpful. In most cases, above and beyond with the exception of cashiers.

Complete lack of accountability from the store manager. Seems to blame everyone but himself in our interaction. Will not be back to this store.

I will say that she was attentive and listened well. Other cashiers have skipped over my request to wait on my input to generate an email receipt or add my Pro number.

Not into self check out.

I bought a gas dryer which could not be installed at delivery due to a ventilation issue. For safety purposes, I completely understand. I was rescheduled for hookup a week later. No call, no show. I called them to find out the “plumber was sick”. So I am rescheduled out another week. I take another day of vacation. once again, no call, no show. I call them and the now tell me the plumber has Covid. So they reschedule me another week out. I take a third day of vacation. Yet again, no call, no show. I call them to find out I was canceled the day before and rescheduled out in a week and a half. They tell me that management is going to call me in 24-48 hours to discuss options. 72 hours later, no call. I call them to talk to someone. While I am waiting I find out the once again pushed back the install another week and a half and that there had been no plumber. The lies….I finally hired a plumber to do the installation.

Folks were super friendly and helpful.

We needed our Roman shades repaired. We received wonderful service from Alissa in that department. She was very knowledgeable, greeted us warmly andextremely helpful. She stayed in touch with us until the shade was on its way to our home. It was great having Alissa as she was a huge help to us.

All that was available was self check out. 2 employees "helping" at the 4 self checkouts, but no cashiers.

Everyone in the store is always polite and helpful, especially the people at the service desk who go out of their way to help you.

I was quite please to find that this store had everything that I needed in stock, and the employees that I encountered were very helpful and accomodating.

I recently ordered a carpet installation from the Warwick RI store and the associates in flooring were amazing! Alissa and “B” were friendly and knowledgeable, they made the experience very pleasant and easy, I highly recommend them!

I can always find what I'm looking for at this store. Shelves are Always stocked up.

I needed stakes and caution tape and was in a hurry to put a perimeter around a newly found duck nest, at my APT complex. Staff were all very helpful, and the cashier at the self- check out was a good problem solver when my gift card did not work. Thank you! Patti

I’ve lived in the general vicinity of this store my entire life. Since I was a kid, and even now as an adult, I only have good things to say about the personnel staffing here. Faces may change, and I have several other home improvement stores in the area I could easily go to, but I appreciate the overall employee morale here, and the helpful assistance I often receive.

We purchased our new LG Fridge from Home depot and the delivery was great. We just recently started going to this store because of the selection of many products that other stores did not have. We are so happy we did! Friendly Staff, knowledgeable and didn't seemed bothered by helping us.
