Store was clean, associates were very friendly and helpfull.

Typical Home Depot. If you are familiar with the brand, this store is no different.

Great experience purchasing a product but unfortunately it was defective and the manufacturer of the product was no help in assisting us with getting replacement parts nor did they care the product was not properly functioning. We contacted the store Manager who helped us out tremendously and ensured we were very happy with the end result! Customer Service is key when purchasing large ticket items or when purchasing a single light bulb....Everyone we've encounted at this store has always been helpful and courteous!. Way to go Home Depot Employee's in Warwick Rhode Island

Time and time again the Warwick location exceeds my expectations. Dreading the materials I needed to purchase and load was turned into an enjoyable stop at the local Home Depot. Before I loaded the first item on my cart, Vinny came running over to see if I needed a hand. (A nice change of pace from trying to hunt people down at other stores). Vinny was a huge help in selecting my materials as well as loading them. With his infectious personality, I felt like I bumped into a close friend I hadn't seen in years. From home products to sports cars, the conversation was genuine and not forced. This is the second large project I'm doing with one more on the way and there is no one I trust more to lead me down the right path than the associates at the Warwick Home Depot. Keep up the great work Gil

All the favorable remarks I made about the cashier, in the first survey, apply. IMPORTANT: The questions regarding the solicitation of me for a Home Depot credit card DO NOT APPLY! My American Express Card had been presented UP FRONT. The survey gave no opportunity to explain why the solicitation was not made. In any event American Express is the only card I use and will ever use.

I was there when the doors opened on Black Friday . Happy pleasant people.However the aisles were very difficult to get through only one carriage could fit in the main aisle of the Christmas lighting It was making some people nervous. ( elderly are very cautious. )

Very convenient location always has items in stock!

Employees were available but they did not know where items were in the store. He did use a phone to contact another employee to assist. We did find the item we came into the store for.

Service in appliance section was excellent, would definitely recommend stopping in to check out the prices and options.

The store was very clean, the people very nice, and the layout organized and easy to remember. By your second visit you'll know exactly where to find the aisles and within the aisles everything is very logically organized, so you won't need to worry about finding whatever it is you're looking for.

The associate Ed who helped me purchase my refrigeration and dishwasher was very helpful and seem to know about the product and stated that he too bought the same refrigerator and liked it very much.

walked in with returns purchased at homedepot.com and was assisted immediately with no issues and expedited in s timely fashion. I then proceeded to make other purchases and found a good array of choices with reasonable prices.

i enjoy my experience any time i go to any home depot store. easy to find what i am there for. who dont enjoy going to the tool store just so much fun.

Upon finding an associate to assist me, I was pleased with the overall customer service provided. The only issue I faced, was trying to find someone in the 'Fencing and Lumber" department of the store. In fact, I've visited the store several times to gather information on the vinyl fencing. There never seems to be anyone available to assist in this area. Aside, the store is set up good for ease in finding items. The aisles can feel a bit closed at times with displays. Overall, the store appears to be clean and orderly.

Not enough staff to help with what we needed.. Thanks to mic in kitchen appliances for his patients he was excellent
