I came in to make a kayak rack with my diy plans from a YouTube video and Ben asked me how I was going to use the rack and then showed me a better way to make it that was easier and fit my needs better!! He was Awesome! ! I finished it in a couple of hours!!

Cashiers do not offer %5 when u use Home Dept card. If they are reminded they say "you have had to inform us at the beginning, now I need to cancel the purchase and rering everything!?! Hello??? It is your job to ask the customer. If you dont not your job right, then do not blame the customer to request 5% off for their purchase. It is your duty to ask, remind it!

Brad went way out of his way to assist me, even though he was interrupted by a phone, AND had several customers at once, and thoroughly followed through with each of us in a timely manor. He called out for a second pair of hands, Donna, instead of allowing myself, the cistomer, to assist. Donna was great too. They saved me 80$, instead of selling me something THEY believed I didn't really need. I spent 10$ instead. I will return to Home Depot again and again, spending way more than 80$, because of Brad! Thank you for helping me believe in humanity a little more today. I will rest better tonight, and my necessary repair is complete! He knew what he was doing, and add sure I was assisted. Brad and Donn were persistent. The young lDy at Customer Service was awesome too

The store is understaffed. Only 1 cashier for the entire store. Need to hire help.

The Plummer was busy. i waited and eventually he was able to help me with everything I needed to purchase and install my first toilet. So far so good with the toilet.

My company has HomeDepot charge card which makes shopping here a breeze. The store associates were super pleasant to deal with. Will be back.

Lawn and garden had a good sekection of items and i was satiisfied with my choices

We went into the store looking to get info on paint or stain for our older deck. Hugo was working the paint desk and he spent time with us to make sure we had exactly what we needed. I was truly impressed with his standard of customer service. Special thanks to Hugo! You're a real asset!

I just completed a DIY bathroom redo and I can't say enough about how helpful the associates at this store are. It was new territory for me and I must have made at least 8 trips to the store in 3 weeks time, needing help most of those times. Each time someone was readily available and knew exactly how to answer my question.

I have never bee disappointed with this store! Every time I go in needing assistance, I have found knowledgeable, friendly, and available assistants in all departments from painting to plumbing to lighting.

I went to another hardware store to buy a pair of solid tires for a yard cart. Their wheels turned out to not be sufficient so I went to Home Depot (should have done that first). An associate quickly guided me to the garden section and now my garden cart is fixed and impervious to cheap leaking tire issues!

The associates are extremely friendly and always willing to go out of their way to see if I need help finding something or have any questions. If I need help they are vey knowledgable and helpful.

If you are looking for a new kitchen and need expert advice from an experienced, patient designer, go to this store. Then be prepared to get help on whatever else you are looking for. You don't have to chase the associates down to answer a question, they are all over the place looking to help you

Went to buy an air conditioner so my son could install it on Father' s Day Salea associates were visable and very willing to help as i am not able to lift heavy objects. Checkout was a brease and they paged an "outside person" associcate to put it in my car. What a SUPER experience !

I asked for help. I needed to have mulch put in my car 6 bags, I waited over 10 minutes and no one came. There was plenty of people around, but not one person while i was at the store even ask if i needed help!

Overall , great experience. Always have what I need.

Associates are quick to help here and go out of their way to ensure you find everything you're looking for. One associate if stood late after the store had closed so I could come back and pick up a piece of the patio set I had bought that did not fit in my car initially. Great experience.

I did have a hardtime while applying for the home depot credit card

Was disappointed in the distinct lack of fire pits. This time of year they are a popular item.

I had a kitchen design already created, the designer made my visit quite enjoyable and was an expert in product choices design quality and availability of products. Very helpful in keeping me within my budget range using all available on going sales. I have a beautiful new kitchen for a much lower price than expected. I have had experience a really bad service in past visits to Home Depot; however, after my today's visit I will give the Company a second chance!

The store associates were great and helped me find and select exactly what I needed.

Very pleased with the service and helpfulness of all associated that we encountered. There was a very good selection of products that we were looking for. I would shop here again before looking elsewhere.
