Although the product I wanted was not available, my associate, James Mock went over and above providing exceptional service to ensure my needs were met! He hit a few roadblocks in his attempt to service me, but never let the roadblocks hinder his ultimate goal - to find me a 3 ft. piece of trim that was not available in all of the samples provided. He went to extreme measures to provide me with a piece of trim that would match what I currently have, I can be certain I would have been turned away at a competitor's store. He was amazing and so very courteous! Although my actual purchase amounted to $3.15 - my experience with James Mock and the Sicklerville Home Depot was PRICELESS!!!! You should be extremely proud of James Mock!

My experience was typical. I expect the store to be orderly and clean and it was. I have always had difficulty getting assistance at this store and my experience was consistent with past experiences. It's possible that I would get better assistance as a tradesman or contractor, but as a DIY homeowner, I don't believe most store associates have the knowledge or patience to render the appropriate assistance.

No store associate ask if we need help., they just walked by.

This store is very well laid out and aisles well marked. Product was easy to find and checkout was a breeze. Home Depot is my go-to hardware store.

My grandmother needed a new light bulb holder for her lamp. An associate passed us twice and watched us look in the electrical isle for the product. They never offered help. If she had been by herself she would have left discourage at the treatment and her lamp would not have gotten fixed. Associates should be trained to notice perplexed looks on customers and ask them if they can help.

I enjoyed speaking with the Associates in hardware. Jon was the name of one and "Your Highness" was the name of the other. They were extremely helpful (and playful) when I needed a new door lock. After Jon showed me the lock type I needed, they explained the process of re-keying the new lock quickly and clearly, with a few laughs in between. When you have associates that are this helpful and pleasant, I have no choice but to return! Great Job and thanks!

I went to Home Depot to purchase fertilizer and beetle bags. As I was in a hurry, I asked an associate where the beetle bags were. She took the time to walk me to the display which was great! After I paid for my purchases, I went to my car. I heard an associate calling Mam. I turned to find the associate holding my cell phone, which I had left on the counter. I thought this was very nice of her to find me in the lot so I would not have to panic looking for my phone. So in summary, I had a great experience here! Two associates went out of their way to service me!

I NEEDED INFORMATION FOR RESURFACING MY DRIVEWAY. I WAS DIRECTED TO THE LUMBER DEPARTMENT WHERE I MET THE ASSOCIATE BOB. HE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE, PATIENT AND PERSONABLE. IT MADE MY EXPERIENCE ALL THAT MUCH MORE CALMING AND POSITIVE. COMING INTO THE STORE NOT KNOWING WHAT WAS NEEDED, BOB TOOK ME STEP BY STEP, GUIDED ME TO THE PRODUCT NEEDED AFTER SHOWING HIM PICTURES OF MY DRIVEWAY..AND NEVER MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS BOTHERING HIM. OVERALL....WE NEED MORE ASSOCIATES LIKE BOB !!

Last two times I have been there I waited too long for help, and the time I went to get a generator and ask and associate where they were he gave me wrong information, sending me on a while goose chase when they were right behind the customer service desk, really made me mad. and waiting almost 20 minutes for someone to come and help me so I could buy a dryer was ridicules.

The man at the paint counter explained all the different kinds of paint and even went down the aisle with me to show me the difference. He was training another man and he also was very helpful and polite. Also even though store was busy, everyone waited on quickly.

I buy everything for me business at Home Depot. Everyone knows who we are and the type of items we are looking for. My wife gardens and gets all she needs there. We always buy out paint and tell our customers that it is a great product.

Shopped in Lawn and Garden. Found everything I needed on sale and received additional money off with email club coupons. Very pleased with everything I bought. Staff was friendly and helpful. One of my favorite stores to shop in.

During a recent power outage due to server storms, I needed supplys to tie a generator into the house. The home depot store was on back up generator power itself and I was able to purchase every thing I needed.

crowd control was cool and controled all staff and customers a bit anxious for the delivery to arrive, over all the tiresome wait went well. PIZZA & BOTTLED WATER sure helped, love my new GENERATOR!! JETBOAT

The store is very clean has alot of items in stock, people are very helpful and friendly.

I preference shopping at the depot because I get to see first hand new products rather than look in sales brosures and other announcements. I also like the freedom to browse and price shop also develop project budgets.

The store associate stopped what he was doing and took his time to make sure I had the right product for the job I was doing, the cashier was able to give me pointers and tips for my project.

The overall experience was very positive and I will return to this location. I have been to other Home Depot stores but this store always has associates ready to not only direct you but to take you to the area of the product I am looking for but to take time to look through the stock to be sure it is the same item that is needed for the task to be completed at my home.
