I was looking for a generator and had made an online purchase with store pickup. The order was cancelled because of stock. A fabulous employee at the store called me back after the store had closed and found me a generator. To my daughter, I was an MVP Dad all because a thoughtful employee named Kim went the extra mile with great customer service in a time of crisis.

The store was in shambles... i was actually embarrassed to be shopping there. Every shelf rack or whatever was strewn about nothing was clean stuff was on the floor, you couldnt go down some isles because of so much crap in them. Was disgusting!

The kitchen department was a great experience with Chris.

Had a very good experience with this location I am redoing my kitchen and the two gentlemen that I work with Chris For the cabinets and Jim for the appliances were very knowledgeable in their field.

Paid full price ($335) for a dehumidifier, which when opened, you could tell was previously used because the factory wrapping was a mess and the instruction manual bag was torn open. The company needs to stop selling used product as new.

Maryann who helped me get the chain shaw was so nice. she brought the ladder over to get a new one from top of the selve, very amazing customer service given by her. Please promote this type of worker who really cares about the customers.

I hate this store now with all of these self check outs thanks for taking folks jobs, and only one person working at check out what a joke sometimes it takes so long to check out because people dont be knowing the codes on half of the items.

Quick and easy to navigate

I ordered mulch, rocks, soil etc for delivery to my home on Saturday, 4/9 from Turnersville, NJ store. When it didn't arrive by 4:30, I called to check on its status and was told that the order was switched to the south Philly store because Turnersville didn't have one of the items ordered. I then became at the mercy of the Philadelphia store. It is now Monday 4/11 at 5:15 and no one knows where my order is. All Turnersville had to do was call me and ask if I would accept a substitute instead of sending my order out to another location. I am done!

I love this store . There so helpful and polite . I absolutely love Grace she works there and she is really professional and nice . Thank you Home Depot.

Some of the employees are lazy and lack professionalism when it comes to providing good customer service.

If I could rate less of a 1 star I would. Awful customer service, rude and aggressive. Told one customer to "go find it their selves and if they can do it in a timely manner than they can buy it." Wouldn't recommend going here to anyone.

This store is always clean and several of the employees (especially Sam in Plumbing!) Are very patient with newbies in home repairs.

The store employees were helpful and friendly when we purchased our washing machine. However, when we had problems with a faulty installation of our washing machine, nobody would take responsibility or do anything to correct the problem. As a result, we will never shop Home Depot again.

The Twp store stands out because of the people I deal with in the morning. I am in depot everyday. Literally everyday. I look forward to seeing everyone at the Pro Desk. Karen is amazing!!!

Home Depot in Washington Township is my go-to store for anything I need for painting, home improvements, and seasonal/holiday items. Seriously...I only go to a different place IF I cannot meet my needs there. Associates appear to actually enjoy working there, which is refreshing, right? Super clean and well-stocked too. Love this store!

My daugher was without a dryer for over a month because of delivery and parts mixup. She ended ordering the part herself and paying someone to hook up dryer. The salesman should have asked me if she had natural gas or propane. I was just ordering a gas dryer. I didn't know there was a difference. I just knew she needed a gas dryer. Ugh My gift to her ended up costing her almost $300.00!

It’s a great store with very helpful associates ! I know this time of season it’s hard on sales people but they are terrific people and need to be shown appreciation!
