I have been shopping at The Home Depot store in Watchung, New Jersey for a long time and never had a problem. Staff are always helpful and have a great attitude!! Keep up the good Job. Management must be great to have so many wonderful employees.

Terrible service and delivery of appliance was outsourced to a company that had even worse service. Everyone pointed fingers at everyone else and my problems were not resolved by anyone.

Watchung is my closest Home Depot and i have shopped here since 2000. The service has improved beyond description and my interactions with staff and clerks, everyone in fact, are a pleasure because now I can (a) find someone to hep me and (b) get swift assistance and advice from people who know what they are talking about. A shout-out to Tamara at the pickup desk who got me out yesterday in record time with two large heavy items. Also to Ernest, the Manager, who is available and ready to discuss service issues. Watchung is not the largest HD in our area but the staff are great. Highly recommended.

Great experience, isles were very clean, people were easy to talk to and I would recommend this particular store to everyone I know!

The Watchung Home Depot was chosen over my local store mainly due to stock of a particular item I was purchasing. I found it to be a great store and will sure to visit again should my local Home Depot not have enough stock again. Happens rarely but just in case I have a great backup store 15 min from home.

I chose to visit the Watchung store as my local Home Depot did not have enough pendent lights I was purchasing. So I simply checked online and found they had plenty at the Watchung location. So in 15 min I was there and mind you it was a rainy day as well. I was in and out in less than an hour which is usually not the case when I normally go to the home depot I find myself checking out all the new items they have in stock. This visit I knew exactly what I wanted and that's why my trip was a quick in and out trip.

The Watchung store has the cull lumber rack with I use frequently. The cashiers are knowledgeable and friendly. The store is well stocked.

Exelent place where to find something or for start any project

The store and employees are fantastic, however, what I bought did not have all of the contents. I did not realize that it was a display only box, nor did the cashier. WHY WAS THE DISPLAY BOX WITH THE REGULAR BOXES is beyond me. I am 84 years old and not that sharp!!!!!!! Now I have to return to the store, which is really not that fun for me travelling on Rt. 22.

This store was clean and mostly stocked. The check out process was a wonderful experience, as there was this wonderful cashier "Marlene" that was very helpful and in a great Holiday Spirit! It raised my Spirits for this wonderful Holiday Season!!! Thank-you Watchung Home Depot!!!!

The barcode reader at the self checkout station was not reading the barcode on the paint cans. The HD employee, Russell T, who was supervising the self checkout stations jumped in to assist. I didn't even need to speak up and ask! Russell saw what was happening and take initiative to provide assistance. He also reminded me to enter my Pro member ID. Thanks to Russell for making my checkout fast and easy so that I can get on with my set schedule.

Overall this store is Great, but this cashier (Shavonne) makes it Bad for the GOOD ONES THERE! She needs to take a class in courteousness and kindness!

No one tries to help you on the phone, they just keep transferring U.They took my money, made a delivery of item, which is been sitting in my kitchen for 10 days un-installed, although I paid $119 dollars for installation. Watchung Home Depot is a rip-off!

There's at least a 40 minute wait time before you are helped. When you approach employees, they will disregard you if they don't work in the department you need help in. Employees also lack knowledge on products. Very disappointed. I opted not to buy from home depot because customer service at this location was so poor and the 40 min wait time for help was UNACCEPTABLE. Smh.

Every time I am there with my 4 year old the employees alway try to engage my child so she isn't bored!

One other thing which I have always liked about Home Depot is the fact that they provide a 10% discount to veterans, which I am one (Korean war). However, I hardly ever remember to show my service record card when I make a purchase.

My husband and I received very helpful service and attention when purchasing tiles for a bathroom renovation.
