Overall this Home Depot I never have an issue items are usually always in stock recently I found someone who wasnt a typical home depot employee Alisha she genuinely cared about the customer not something I can say about every one there. Most Home Depot employees get upset when you ask for help Alisha was gun ho. Go Alisha hope you rub off on some of your colleagues.

I prefer Mom and Pop stores because of the personalized customer service but I received that at the Watchung Home Depot store today. Herb was absolutely wonderful! Due to a mix up my pick up order could not be found. Herb immediately sprang to action and quickly picked my order and helped me load it up. He was very kind and helpful the entire way and I couldn't be more impressed. Thank you Herb!!

I always feel like I'm at home at Watchung when compared with other stores, and we shop all over Central jersey since our jobs are scattered. Raphael and the pro team are superstars. Best manager hands down, knows the customers and I have seen him be nothing but professional handling staff and sticky aituation.

40V trimmer/blower combo kit - Great purchase for my project!

An associate helped me in the parking lot and got my very heavy products for me (2 buckets of driveway sealer). He waited for me to pay and put them in my car. Thank you Kevin G. for your help.

Bought 70 bags of concrete. Asked 3 different employees for help loading it. Not a single one helped or even tried to find someone else to help. "load smart" lol.

I purchased several items during my most recent trip to the Home Depot in Watchung. Everything was exactly what I wanted/needed, and not difficult to find with the assistance of very courteous and knowledgeable store associates. One purchase I particularly enjoy are the microfiber cloths 24-pack. Though this was an unplanned purchase, I find that these cloths are very soft yet absorbent, useful for a variety of household jobs, including dusting, cleaning up spills, and floor care, just to name a few. I am happy that I bought them!

My design plans changed so I needed to return some items to keep the project progressing.

I bought a refrigerator a couple of weeks ago and it was the best experience I ever had purchasing an appliance. Mark and Christina made it great.

Though stuff was ordered online and staff by itself is nice and cooperative , this one star is due to their delivery staff which is very incompetent, lies and basically makes fun of the elderly at your home , in addition to lying to them . If your appliance is faulty, you are in for a hell from Home Depot delivery team

There is no doubt that your store associates, no matter what department, are always willing to go out of the way to be most helpful--especially when it comes to information concerning other sales areas. Sometimes it's hard to know where certain, even odd items might be stocked. Your knowledgeable clerks make shopping so much easier.

I can’t say enough about Kevin’s superior customer service and assistance. He helped in the store to my car. I really appreciated his help.

I came to this store looking for a particular item. I couldn’t find it and an employee, Kevin G., walked up to me and asked if he could help me. I proceeded to tell him what I was looking for and he guided me to the exact area, and even walked me to the checkout and helped me at the register. THAT’S what I call service!!

I’ve been renovating forgotten homes for years, and every time I have to buy materials both Kenita and Rafael are there to help me submit my order, schedule a delivery or make sure my check out experience is efficient and accurate. I trust this team and I know I am in good hands.

Why bother having an app and website that tells you how much is in stock at the store, only to arrive and find out that it is entirely sold out? And on 2 other occasions I tried ordering items for curbside pickup, only to have the orders lost or cancelled for no apparent reason.

I was in there looking for a tool for my garden and Shonta and Henry went above and beyond to help me look for the tool or a different option if this one wasn’t available! So nice and so helpful! Thank you so much!!

Kevin at the Watchung NJ location was a great help to me. He came over to me in the parking lot even w/o being asked and helped me unload the contents of a huge box that could not fit in my small SUV. We loaded everything into the car. He was friendly, helpful and saved me time, effort and a headache.
