Why bother having an app and website that tells you how much is in stock at the store, only to arrive and find out that it is entirely sold out? And on 2 other occasions I tried ordering items for curbside pickup, only to have the orders lost or cancelled for no apparent reason.

I was in there looking for a tool for my garden and Shonta and Henry went above and beyond to help me look for the tool or a different option if this one wasn’t available! So nice and so helpful! Thank you so much!!

Kevin at the Watchung NJ location was a great help to me. He came over to me in the parking lot even w/o being asked and helped me unload the contents of a huge box that could not fit in my small SUV. We loaded everything into the car. He was friendly, helpful and saved me time, effort and a headache.

if you want to purchase customized paint, be ready to wait 1 hr and 10 min. with only 3 people ahead of you.

In the middle of having 2 bathrooms renovated. 3 major products were purchased and items were missing from each box. Very frustrating because contractor is on a timeline and no one can be reached at the store via phone.

By far the most experienced and professional pro desk team. Every time I shop here I’m impressed with the level of customer service and communication. Definitely recommend this HD especially the pro team.

Not enough people to help those who need it (customer service, lumber, paint). What few people they have working there just stand around while customers wait. Not a good experience. Avoid this location if you value your time.

I ran into the store 15 minutes before closing for a new grill on 4th of July. I was treated warmly by very friendly staff. They assisted me to move the huge box to cart and into car. They never made me feel rushed. Thanked me for my service as a veteran after giving me my veteran's discount!

I spoke to Marvette From Home depot Watchung Appliance Dept. and she was the only person to help me get my issue for Service. I would like her Manager i believe his name i george to reward her of excellant customer service for following up and also calling on my behalf for the service call. On a another note the Store manager Barbara and Gene were of no help. They tried to get me service on my burner that was not working and the service call they placed was for installation, which i have already had. Needed a Service tech come out to assess and repair the burner that was not working after receiving the gas range in 48hrs

I had an extraordinary experience at the 0906 Watchung store. All the staff was very attentive and friendly, especially Sandra who offered us a fast, friendly and above all efficient service. Her recommendations made it clear that she had a great deal of knowledge about each of the departments and the products that we needed. Her service was everything and more than we expected from a Home Depot employee. I am very satisfied with my experience in this store, since I could see how each of its employees made sure to comply with all safety regulations and policies. For me, as the owner of a construction company, this is very important because I know that every time my employees go to HomeDepot, they will have the best experience, treatment and, above all, the best prices in the industry. Without a doubt, Home Depot provides its employees with the best training to meet the needs of its customers.

Kevin saw I had my two young children with me and went out of his way to help purchase and load of up a bunch of mulch. He was eager to help and very friendly.

This is the type of store you wish all retailers would act like. The service with a fantastic return policy and the best products make it an easy choice for all you shopping needs.

The home depot at watchung has always been a pleasurable experience. For the last 16 months, I have come to this homedepot many different hours of the day and they have never disappointment. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Roy is the man! He always makes sure everyone leaves happy and definitely goes above and beyond.
