9 out of 10 associates were not willing to help me find a product. Some were tasked with other items, but I was standing in between 3 associates and no help was offered. Most associates that ignored me were standing in the middle of the store in a closed circle, around 8 associates.

Whenever I enter the Lawn and Garden department of Home Depot I get excited and motivated to have one more project in my garden. I always wander around a little to check things out before selecting what I came to get. My tour gives me ideas and I usually find a product that I forgot I needed. Most of my visits are for soil and the selection is impressive. Lifting bags of soil takes stamina that sometimes I am not in the mood to take on, but the willing staff makes me appreciate having a Home Depot in my neighborhood. They lift it on the cart and into my car. Thank you HOME DEPOT.

The Customer Service Associate asked us if we needed help and looked up item in inventory to see whether inventory in the store or only online. He recommended that we purchase online and how to do this via an e-mail notification since the item is out of stock online. He was very helpful and friendly.

Whereas this HD has had a somewhat morose environment, today ( Saturday ) the place was hopping busy ! I was returning an on-line/home delivery item. Proof of purchase is my credit card - Very Convenient ! Check out of my in-store new purchases was complicated by the new chip-reading C/C reader - very slow and balky - I'm sure the IT department is working on that. Over-all, new hand tools on display, well-illuminated, and shiny floors, this HD is back !

the first associate I came upon was helpful and kind .. the associate at check out was awesome also. then as I was leaving an associate asked if I had a receipt . which was understandable and fine,

Needed direction, was in a hurry to make a ferry boat, got quick directions and was able to check out easily at the contractors desk.

After a poor experience in another location we drove to Waterford. Michelle, Jenifer and others were extremely helpful ,available to answer questions and find product. 3 Associates helped load the truck and because of their assistance we will come back next week to purchase tile and appliances. This was probably the most enjoyable big box shopping experience we have ever had.

Everyone is friendly and helpful but they do not stalk you!

My husband and I went into the store to look around and get some ideas, and 31/2 hours later we left the store with plans and an amount we could agree on. It was a nice feeling to not have been bullied into. We will definitely recommend our sales associate ( Cindy Dreager) to our friends and family. She was a pleasure to work with. She was able to answer all of the questions we asked her without any hesitation.

I found the salesperson very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Also, the products I purchased were exactly what I was looking for at the price I could afford.

I can always count on The Home Depot to have exactly what I want. The associates are ALWAYS knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer, they radio for someone who does. I love that about The Home Depot. Joe and Diana at the Waterford, CT store, were extremely helpful and helped me find a specialty item the other day. Thanks! I'll be back for sure.

Home depot is one of the best stores I love going to - super clean , bright, organized, wonderful things for the home, super friendly, polite and knowledgeable associates . I'm always happy to go to Home Depot. It's an experience!

I needed to open a charge account to redo my bathroom Joan helped me complete the transaction in just a couple of minutes then she answered some questions I had about where and what for my redo. When my contractor and I went to check out there was Joan again manning the register. She was terrific. The store was clean well laid out and we found everything we needed at good prices.

Associates are very helpful and informative. Returns are done easily.

I went to Home Depot looking for fall flowers and garden supplies. Home Depot had a great selection of mums of other fall plantings for unbelievably low prices.

The store clerk in the garden center wasn't rude but she did lack a pleasant demeanor. It seemed like she was ambivalent toward us.

Products are easy to find. Store associates were highly professional and meet my expectations. Helped me place an order with ease to have bulk items to be delivered.

My wife and I had an excellent experience shopping at our local Home Depot Store recently. We were shopping for a lawn mower and were able to view all of the products offered easily because of how they were displayed and also found the store to be very clean. Sales associate,Ed was very knowledgeable and courteous. We also found his supervisor, Richard to be professional and very helpful making our shopping experience to be so terrific. Having checked availability of what I needed ahead of time on line, my visit was even faster than I expected thanks to the help of an associate who approached me offering assistance. When I had everything I needed, Deidre the cashier made my day with her cheerfulness and assistance handling my items. A true 5 star employee!
