The Windows in Stock are between 10 and 18 Years OLD! Ridiculous!

Bought today and there was a bent in the door,

I purchased a new stove today. Though it won’t be delivered until Monday, I am writing to express my thanks to the young man who assisted me. His name is John Reeves and he was absolutely amazing! I was greeted and assisted. He was very thorough and quite polite. Excellent service!!

Tom B worked diligently to ensure we had undamaged stringers to repair our deck stairs. He was both caring and efficient! With outstanding manners!

I asked for help with loading some 24 x 24 concrete pavers on the dolly cart. Associate at the garden register tried numerous people who all told her to try someone else. I finally gave up and started to load them myself. Keeping in mind they are heavy and stacked squarely on each other. Which makes difficult trying to pickup. I was scared of smashing my fingers or dropping them. Only associated that came to help was the one at the register that had a work restriction and couldn't do anything. She atleast apologized for no one coming and didn't want me to get hurt trying to load them. She continued to try to get someone to come help and put in my pickup truck. Nope. No one would come I stacked and loaded them all by myself.

Ordered a couple pump pole kits and the hole order did not come in , I don't believe it was Home Depot's fault. The packing slip only said there were two boxes ( there was supposed to be 16 items). There was a pallet that was wrapped, and 4 -12' poles that were loose. We are working on getting the rest of what I have paid for.

Every time I’ve come in to shop everyone is at the ready to help with whatever I come in looking for that day, I’ve never had a bad experience here

We order on line 16 pavers 24x24 which were oddly put on a flat cart, then into a cart then onto the floor?? We were very pleased at check out with “PAT” a young man with a great attitude and disposition who help us load these pavers onto our pickup truck since my hubby has an injury to his shoulder, yes we know that’s is his job, But this young man pleasant attitude did not change even when he had to undo the previous worker mistake adding more time and physical effort to already a heavy worklload!! This young man “Pat” pleasant and professional attitude towards his job makes him and asset to Home Depot Corporation to keep amongst their workforce.

I needed a special order exterior door, and both Dave and Mike offered their assistance, and both were highly knowledgeable and competent in making sure my order was place correctly.
