I always shop the Waukegan Home Depot, because I feel welcomed there and I know I will receive good customer service. I also bring my Dogs sometimes for a quick walk around. I respect the other customers and their kids and keep my dogs away from them as some people are afraid of dogs.

The staff helped with a online órder , and the home delivery was so smooth and fast ! I only shop home Depot for home improvement because they offer veterans discount ( thank you for that )

I visited the store yesterday and the outdoor/ garden attendant was very helpful! He offered assistance as soon as I walked in and helped me locate what I was looking for. He also helped me load my cart and answered all my questions. I wish I grabbed his name.

I was very happy with the attention and thoroughness your salesman displayed with the purchase of my new front door. He made the process so smooth.

I notice less hooligans hanging out and disturbing the customers in the parking lot!!! plus, the inside seemed like it has better upkeep...shelves stocked...more carts available etc.

I purchased vent covers and found the selection very limited… I then was at the Gurnee store and checked out the vent plates and found an assortment of colors

Not what it used to be the service isn't there ,3 employees standing at the self check out a hudge line of customers waiting to pay, I don't get it Paid to stand there ,we should get paid to check ourselves out

The salespeople were very helpful in directing me to the right place. The garden/lawn center seemed better organized/neater than a few months ago. Wish there was one check-out that wasn't self checkout. Prices seemed high.

needed 6 doors store only had 2 told me i had to drive 100 miles to look for the other 4

Had everything I needed for quality window screen repair supplies and paint supplies. Staff weas very friendly.

The Waukegan location is my go to Home Depot. I figured out that when I do a quick Google search Home Depot location, confirm all that item I'm looking for on the Home Depot website it tells me which aisle and Bay, the product I'm looking for is in. I am very pleased with this ability as to not have to interrupt the employees that are replenishing the inventory of the store. Thank you all that have a hand in keeping the store in a clean and optimal condition.

Bought a workbench and he assisted me in the most courteous, friendly and professional manner. Wonderful young man helping a senior citizen out. I relayed details to the management team and hope he gets Employee of the Month!

This Home Depot is great! Lots of workers to assist you if help is needed, very neat, and clean!

Home Depot is a great resource for home improvement projects, for beginners & more advanced craftsmen.

Let me lead with..." huge fan of The Home Depot; and always will be. I'm a customer who happens to be a former associate (Store #1955). I love your store's layout; and without the very visible signage I would have been wandering around looking for 2 simple items for my project. I get that everyone is busy with store checklist and things of that sort; but there was no one around to even ask a question. finally got what i needed and left...paid for it and left.

I went in to purchase an air conditioner and hardware. Ms Faye signed me up for a credit card. Really sweet and funny lady. Excellent customer service. Lee was so helpful in hardware. Very pretty and knowledgeable young lady. Always smiling. Rodney was so helpful and kind. He graciously helped me to my car and loaded it. My overall experience was a 10 out of 10. I love the people in this store :-)

Love the Lawn and Gardent Deparment! They always have a great selection of bedding plants and hanging plants and the employees take good care of them. Good selection of roses bushes and perrenials.
