Bought our quartz kitchen countertop and subway tile backsplash from Home Depot. So appreciative of the expert help

I required assistance at self checkout. An employee recognized this and came over to help. He was wonderful.

My husband and I are quite impressed with team Home Depot has put together! From helping us choose our countertop material and picking out a sink to the demo and installation, we were given such knowledgeable, courteous, and timely help. Kristin and Kevin could not have been easier to work with. We'd choose Home Depot again in a heartbeat!

Pro desk employees Byron and Wendy went above and beyond to research and find info on specific item for our future job. Thank you.

Able bodied adults in their prime of life walk around the store with their pets (no, they are not guide dogs). Dangerous, unsanitary. Don't want to shop anymore at dog-filled Home Depot!

Kalin & Kyle split our pallet of pavers for us with a “no problem, glad to do it “ and a smile. Sophia the following day did the same, with the same courtesy and “no problem “. Each of them went to extra trouble to help us. Outstanding customer service!!

I purchased a Murray zero turn lawnmower on 3/31/2025 to be delivered 4/3/2025. It was delivered in a timely manner. After delivery the mower was found to be inoperable. Call corporate service number who referred me to the manufacturer. Finally got in contact with waynesboro Home Depot. They quickly responded by sending and employee out to investigate. That employee stated that the lawnmower was indeed non functional and would correct the problem by replacing the lawnmower with a new one. They secured the lawnmower to the pallet and left. The lawnmower is sitting on my front lawn on a pallet. I have not received any information on when the new mower would be delivered. I a a very frustrated customer at this moment.

Local products availability and local installers should be a must. When you are in need of a appliance waiting days is not acceptable!

I went to Home Depot looking for a new refrigerator. We bought our stove from there several years ago and was impressed on all levels. I like the fact I was greeted by Paul I and was told if I had questions to let him know then he left me to browse. I didn’t feel pressured and knew he was close by. When I was ready he came over and answered all my questions and made sure I was getting the size I needed and also showing me options but was not pushy. I decided on a refrigerator and the process was very easy. I am a Sr Citizen and this was the first time purchasing an appliance on my own. Paul was very helpful and I am so grateful I went back to Home Depot.

I went to the HD in Waynesboro and met the nicest person there. Her name is Sophie and she's one of the employees there. She cut the lumber I needed for a DIY project I'm doing right now and she cut it to perfection! HD, you better keep Sophie because she's the BEST!

You have no right to abuse my email account by sending me garbage just because I bought something in your store. The Store was fine. Your overall organization sucks. Grow up!!

Staff was very helpful when I placed my order. Tool arrived within a few days. The guy who helped load it was very helpful and friendly. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I've only had positive experiences at Waynesboro store. Store is very tidy and workers are busy except for the ones at self checkout.lol

I had a home fire on July 1, 2024. I went in to the store and Kristen, was quick and was ready to help me with getting my cabinet order done so I can finish my house. I gave her my budget that the insurance gave me and she got me everything I needed at budget. Thank you Kristen

Rented a truck for a move. Showed up and Anthony was right on it. The truck was pre-checked in, dings and scrapes noted so no waiting at all. He was pleasant efficient and I was on my way in no time. Check in was just as efficient. No waiting at either end. A real pleasure

Returned a defective item and was issued a "store credit" Try using that at the self checkout ... More employees watching customers trying to checkout than manning the unopened cash registers . Failing to see the point and am definitely seeing unsatisfied customers exiting the store

Very limited choice of trees. Only one or two deciduous species. Way too many fruit trees. Most people prefer shade trees. Home Depot does not understand what people want. That is why your trees sell so slowly!

My local HD is always helpful. I am asked if I need help finding anything on every visit. Nick is pretty awesome - always nice to chat with him! Prices are better than other local big box hardware store.

We enjoy this home depot; the store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is kind and supportive.
