I recently purchased a range at the Wanynesboro HD location. I came in to this specific store thanks to there sponsorship of the Mad Anthony Mud Run (and the 10%-off coupon in the race packet!) Staff were very helpful, inventory was nicely labelled and the purchase and delivery arrangement process was transparent. The next day, I re-considered my purchase of the 5-year protection plan (fine if you're super risk-averse, but after reading reviews I felt that I did not need it), and customer service was prompt and courteous in refunding this option. This was my first experience with HD, and so far they are vastly superior to other home improvement stores I've shopped in.

Great location of a great home improvement store! The staff were very helpful on my recent visit in March, 2017. I appreciated the selection of inventory and that many of the items in store were extensively reviewed on line so that I was able to walk in without extensive prior research and still buy confidently.

Great customer service! We had three employees who did a creative and fantastic job in getting our awkward load of fence panels onto our truck.

Love this store... I come from Charlottesville to shop here.. associates are always eager to help.. Not like Lowe's in C'ville. everytime I go there, it's always an issue.. especially w/finding an associate that is willing to help you.

The associates at the store is very friendly and knowledgeable. Tony from flooring knows his stuff. Everyone stopped to answer questions and helped us. We just purchased a home and had a lot of questions. Clean store and wonderful employees. You don't find that everyday.

Me and my husband went to the store to buy a grill. We found the model we wanted and just at that time a salesperson came and loaded it on a roller cart and took it to the register for us. He was friendly and professional.

Today's Home Depot shopping experience was a true pleasure. Not that I truly wanted to buy both house trim paint and paint for my newer deck (lumber purchased from Home Depot), but because of the two knowledgeable HD employee's who assisted me. Most certainly, I looked mesmerized by all the paint colors as Loretta approached me! So many colors! Assisted by Loretta and Dan, selections were made. Dan then mixed the chosen colors. Both were professional and very polite. Thank you Dan and Loretta!

This is one of the best Home Depot stores I have shopped in. The employees were all geared to great customer service. They seemed to genuinely want meet our needs and tVirginiaook sufficient time to do so. A very pleasant shopping experience.

Ordered items online on 1/11, Item shows 1/17 and is broken in the box. Overly complicated return with inattentive staff who were more interested in talking to each other. Still do not have the filters that i ordered, basically a giant waste of time and should have ordered from Granger instead.

BEING A RECENT WIDOW, I FOUND MYSELF HAVING TO DO MORE MECHANICAL /ELECTRICAL AND HOME REPAIRS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF MY HOME.
