Purchased a Rheem hybrid electric water heater. Sonya and Keren in Customer Service were great to work with. Also, Donald and Hal helped transport and load the heater in my car - MUCH APPRECIATED.

Ebony was amazing very polite and professional. Greeted me with a smile and very helpful. All employees are great thank you all. Ms Ebony see u again soon.

I’ve shopped at this store many times, but this was my worst experience.

Self checkout is confusing, associates are not friendly and do not offer to assist. Mostly standing around talking to each other, bought a lot of heavy mulch and no one offered to assist.

The clerk that helped me was absolutely wonderful. Took the time to explain the differences and appliances what the benefits were between vendors. I really appreciate her help.

I had an Awesome experience shopping her until it was time for me to check out. I had great help from the store manager Jennifer and also the garden manager who gave me great advice on lawn care but when it was almost time for me to check out one of the self check out ladies Eula I believe her name was practically Grab my shopping Cart and insisted that she had to check me out. She was extremely rude and aggressive. I most definitely felt like harassment. I felt as if I was targeted for some reason. I've been an card holder with this company for over thirty years a faithful customer and today I felt devalued. I will never shop at this location again!!?

I went in to buy a tree pruner and saw. No one in that dept. There was a women stocking in electrical who helped me! I bought the pruner she suggested!

Great store everyone is helpful and friendly

Ordered something, order got canceled, refund not given quick enough to prevent financial distress. Needed a space heater to heat my house, had to use money that i do not have resulting in an overdraft fee. So until my refund comes i cannot eat because i am missing a significant amount of money.

I bought this item recently and was helped in finding it by Peter. He explained the difference in price and what parts were in the package. He was very helpful & couldn’t have been nicer.

I ordered 12/21 and can’t get is status on my order. Will never buy from Home Depot again. Awful.

The poinsettias on sale were healthy, top quality plants. I was delighted the store still had an excellent selection of plants in stock at midafternoon. I bought seven plants as holiday gifts.

This location has had its ups and downs over the years ... but this was a good experience... good job WENDOVER Home Depot.

Sometimes there are people in the parking lot who approach you for money. Pay attention before you get out of you car and as you walk toward the doors.

I was very disappointed item not labeled for price code.Judie took over and got an associate right away to check the price and paid quickly, She was so kind and interesting to speak with while waiting for the price check.

We shop here almost daily out of convenience. The employees are generally ok to deal with though not very knowledgeable or consistent.
