I went through four departments and not one employee spoke to me, much less offered to help. Two in the Garden Center were standing around talking about personal things while I was unassisted and having difficulty getting heavy, cumbersome items off the shelf. I eventually decided not to buy the items since the associate availability & helpfulness were nonexistent.

I am always impressed that my local Home Depot store is always so clean and well stocked. I visit it weekly. Keep up the good work!

I was shopping for pavers for an area in my back yard. You had exactly what I needed. I loaded the cart myself and was checked out by Robert, who was helpful (provided liners for my car). Very easy to navigate the garden area.

Even when I know what I want and where to find it, an employee is always willing to offer assistance.

Employees are more than willing to help, what a great help they are.

Salesperson forgot to add a stacking kit to our washer / dryer order, so when delivery arrived it couldn't be installed. I went to the store and a supervisor said he would order the part and call me first thing in the morning to arrange delivery. I did not receive a call by 3pm, so I called and was told the person who could help me was on lunch and would call me back. No one called. I called back the following morning and the supervisor said the part was ordered and we could get it installed in 5 days. Why 5 days? The delivery guys (contracted) gave me their cell and offered to do it today. Supervisor told me warehouse is closed on the weekend and it's Saturday. I said "So this could have been solved if someone called me yesterday like you said you would?" The sup responded, "Probably." There was never any apology for forgetting to add a stacking kit to the order or forgetting to call me back. Now I have a washer and dryer sitting in my hallway for what will be a total of 7 days before it can be installed.

I can't say enough good things about my local Home Depot store. I go there multiple times a week and always have a great experience. The store is clean, well stocked, and the employees always helpful. I appreciate that as a customer. Woot Woot!!

Had a good experience and was helped by friendly and courteous employees in the store.

Only one person acknowledged me and tried to help me. Everyone else just walked right pass me, didn't even say hello or ask me if I needed any help. Customer service was awful, except for the ONE person that helped me.

As usual, the store associates were available and very helpful. Prices great and associates usually very knowledgeable about the products.

We used the tool rental for a wood chipper. Not satisfied at all. I had never been to a Home Depot before and probably will never go back. We rented the wood chipper (they only had 1) and it ended up barely even being a wood shredder. It made our larger sticks into small sticks. It was supposed to chip up to 2 inches in diameter, but could barely even do an inch. It jammed and the blades were not sharpened at all. We called ahead of time and told them we were going to bring a truck to pick it up, they said that's fine. We get there and apparently you need a trailer, so we had to rent a trailer on top of renting the wood chipper. It was so bad it got to a point that we were going to return the wood chipper and not worry about our money and go somewhere else. Would have saved us the hassle and our Sunday. There are many branches that we couldn't even chip because of how bad it was. Just awful.

Willing to help and answer question when you don't have have much information. They will help you figure it out.

Gregg at the paint store was fantastic. If you need help or have questions, ask for him. He will certainly be able to help you.

Employee in Hardware offered help immediately. She even called another store to locate an extra item needed. Was detail oriented in keying all the dead bolt locks to work perfectly. She shared her knowledge on installation. Suggested items to purchase to make job easier. We purchased those and it made the job stress free and less time consuming. Was friendly, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable.

I was very happy the employee who help us to find the product we need. First we went to costumer service and this lady send us to the team pro and this employee was very helpfulness and the store was clean thanks.

My Home Depot store is consistently clean and well-stocked. It makes my visits easy. I appreciate that!

The store was clean, well organized and every store associate I have met in my many visits there was helpful, thorough and genuinely interested in my needs. I have never been in a any store, anywhere that is run like this one. Jessica I know sets the tone and she is excellent. I go out of my way to do business with this store.

95% of the time this location has what I need for a home project of any kind, from yard work to painting, to repairs or flooring. 100% of the time the associates who help me are knowledgeable and very friendly, and the store is well organized, clean and well-stocked.

Though I shop around at local big box stores, Lowes, Costco, etc., I find everything I want at a reasonable price at the Wendover Rd. Home Depot. I love, love the people in your Garden Shop, So helpful and enthusiastic.Rahmiek, at check out, is so friendly and professional. I visit my local Home Depot Store at least once a week and I must say it is always a FUN experience because when I walk in there are happy employees to greet me and always ask if I need help in finding something! The store is clean and it is easy to find what I am looking for. Keep up the good work Home Depot!! Cannot wait to come in and shop for the beautiful spring flowers!!

This Wendover store puts all other locations to shame. Their associates are friendly and knowledgeable and the store actually keeps everything I need in "STOCK". It's an amazing store to shop in.

PATSY! The Best Ever! PATSY! Friendly! PATSY! Knowledgeable! PATSY! FANTASTIC!! My plumber gave me a list of supplies to by in the plumbing area. I was scared! I didn't know one item on a list of 30. It would take hours. Luckily, Patsy was in the plumbing department. I handed her my list and in minutes, I was done. I read the item on the list; she put it in my basket. It was that fast! She is probably the most knowledgeable person I have met at Home Depot. I want to return so she can help me again. She was a thrill to be around. My visit was fun.

Shop later in the evening to avoid crowds. Everyone is most helpful. Found everything quickly and check out was easy.

Friendly folks and they always say hello like they have know me for a long time and I am a friend.
