I've been shopping at this Home Depot for 8 years. I'm a novice DIY and frequently find myself looking around trying to find something or standing in confusion at a aisle of hardware. The associates are readily available and helpful. They give much needed advice about my project, answer any questions and don't linger over me as I try to make a decision. I purchase all of my home repair and home related things from this store - including my LG washer/dryer(1 year ago & still going strong) and my Weber grill (a day ago). I would recommend this store without reservation. Don't be shy to go, even if you're a novice. They are ready to help. (I am not affiliated with this store or any of its employees. I never leave reviews, but I left this one because I want others to know what a great store it is.)

This is not my usual store. As soon as I walked in, an associate greeted me and my dog. She was wearing a big smile! Then I went to hardware. I don't know much about tools so, when Taurus asked me if I needed help, I took advantage of his knowledge. That was the last time they saw him around. For the following 20 minutes, he helped me with my project. He was so nice and kind and gave me so many suggestions and ideas. And now I have to go back to show him the result of our plan! My experience ended with the verhy polite Cortez at the register. I usually have good experience in any Home Depot I go but today it seemed everybody was going the extra mile for me. Thank you.

An item I previously purchased had been moved and an associate was immediately available to help and to walk me directly to where I could find what I was looking for. The associates and cashiers are always friendly and helpful.

The Fruit Fly Trap was, in my opinion, overpriced at $ 6.97 for 94.92% water, for a 0.50 fl.oz. I had no other choice but to purchase. The other 'hardware' store price was roughly the same. No options.

I needed Harwood Mulch that was too heavy for me to load. The associate helping me was great! As were the people loading my car with Pine Needles and the mulch. Wouldn't have been able to do it without them..

Decided to build raised beds for the Memorial Day weekend. Took so many trips to HD but was helped by very friendly associates. This is the best Home Depot in the city!

I am just finishing a renovation of two rental houses as well as a bathroom addition to my home. I began by shopping at this HD as well as a competitor. In the end, I have been loyal to HD almost exclusively. Every time I am in the store, there is an associate available in the department to answer my questions. This is key if you have limited time. Associates who see you in a central aisle will ask if you need help and then actually walk you to the item you seek. When I have had to return items, no one in customer service acted resentful. Everyone has been very helpful. I have ordered online and picked up in store. I have ordered items on the phone and had the items held at "will call" for someone to pick up. I have had HD deliver. I have made special orders. I think I have had almost every buying experience possible and in each situation, I felt like Home Depot associates were trying to help me at every step. A couple of times, management was needed with a challenging situation and these assistant managers always went out of their way to make things go smoothly. I don't know about other HD stores, but this one is a gem.

I was sent to Home Depot with a project assignment and the people at Home Depot were super helpful!

So I thought I had everything I needed for my Memorial Day project but I was short on my math (oops) and had to return. I was instantly recognized by Jennifer W, my previous casher and was super happy with how friendlily she was. I was very surprised that she had remembered me on such a busy day.

Today's visit was an all time high for my many visits to Home Depot over the years. Not only did I find what I needed at a reasonable price, but Christina, the associate who helped me, was exceptional. She was extremely knowledgeable about the painting tasks I need to accomplish, the products I needed and how to use them, and she took the time necessary to give me the help I needed. I was extremely impressed and appreciative.

Friendly associates, great atmosphere. Always enjoy my shopping experience at Home Depot.

This store always has a great selection of cactus, succulents and pond plants which I appreciate. There is never enough help in this store which is the only downside. Don't come in expecting ANY employee assistance AT ALL. I have been making this known since they opened but they never seem to hire enough associates to do the customer service. I have absolutely given up hope of ever getting help in this store. I mean all departments. I needed help in light bulbs and NO ONE EVER CAME so I just took the bulb to returns for advice and the man had NO earthly idea nor tried to find anyone who would know. He said just return it if it's wrong... I understand it is a Do-it-yourself store but come on now.

The user friendly website enables me to show customers what products are available in store that I want to use when doing remodeling. The web even gives me aisle numbers so they simply go in and walk right up to the product. Associates are always available for questions and the stores appearance is always clean and clutter free.

We were happy with the customer service we received in the tile and flooring dept. Julia and Nestor were so helpful and informative. The BEST Homedepot in Charlotte!!!!

I love your store and am in it regularly as I've recently moved to Charlotte and my home has required a lot of improvements. I am always amazed at the courtesy and helpfulness of your associates. Numerous times they have helped me find the right product and have shared their know-how of a project I am about to undertake. REALLY great people. Thanks. They make every thing easier for me.

As always, my trips to Home depot, (and there are many) are a pleasure. The store is well organized and all of the store employees are very friendly and always willing to help.

I got great help from both Christina and James B. working in the lot. I messed up my order and had to do a return before they loaded it for me. It was quick and tidy, Thanks!

I lost the lid to my water bottle and needed a replacement. After visiting some camping outfitters, it turned out the neck of the water bottle is not a standard size. I dropped in to see if any plumbing connectors or ends would fit. The helpful associate located two fittings that would work in less than a minute! I am very satisfied with both the service and the product.

Store associates at the Wendover Road store are the best! I can always find one when I need one and they always are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Always enjoy going to this location.The associates remember you and are always willing to go above and beyond the normal call of duty.

I went in to rent a sander.At first I felt alittle overwhelmed with the options and kind of machine to rent. I took the advise of the first associate that me coming back 3 different times, the first machine was wrong and then the 2nd two broke down. Now driving across town and trying to get the job done properly it frustrated me seriously. But there was wonderful Jesus,very apologetic and showing empathy advising me of what machine and proper pads to buy. I left and got the job done with then hours to go back and rent another machine .

Exceptional service, helpful and friendly atmosphere. Associate Mario is very helpful, energetic, always smiling and seems to love his job. He is a "people person" who delights in serving others and and taking pride in delivering the best customer service possible. He is the type of associate that brings customers back to this location to shop. Staley and Rosie were very friendly and helpful as well.

I never dread going to Home Depot. Often when I need to go shopping, I wish I didn't have to go to a particular store. But that is never the case with Home Depot. I know I will find what I want and need and I will receive help if I need it.

The store associates are always pleasant and quick to ask if I need any help with anything. They are also extremely knowledgeable regarding any questions I have.

The Garden Center was well stocked and signs were placed in good locations to show annuals, perennials, etc...Associate, James Barringer and Cashier, sorry I did not get her name, were very pleasant which always makes a shopping experience more delightful! I'm hoping the perennials I purchased will be around for many years to come. Thanks for providing such good customer choices and service.
