This Home Depot is in good standers clean and organized, But the Associates are not helping the customer's. They need to be more active on helping the customers on what they need. This is at #6577

I have shopped at Hone Depot stores in Arizona. Always taking some time trying to find someone to point me to the area where the object I was looking for might be. Never taking me there and half the time pointed me in the wrong direction. Don't know if the great service I had here is policy but it sure was terrific. Employee took me to the item I was looking for and pointed out my options. Didn't get name but he was an older gentleman.

The store could improve on customer service. Did not feel that I received any help from the associates that were in certain departments. Tried asking for help with other employees but didn't get anywhere with them either. It's a shame, despite the store being organized and clean, some of the employee's attitudes ruin the whole shopping experience. Next time I will rather drive further just to shop at a different Home Depot.

My family frequently shops at this store. Employees are always helpful and readily accessible. We always find what we are looking for.

The returns cashier Beatriz was very rude all she offered was attitude to each person she helped. If it wasn’t for Joe our issue wouldn’t have been resolved.

The store was clean and well organized. Our community recently experienced flooding, and the materials needed to repair homes were in a prime location so we did not have to look all over the store for the items needed. When we did have questions, the people there were willing to explain the differences between products and what would be the best value and why.

I had an excellent shopping experience at the Weslaco store. I visited two competitors and compared merchandise, quality and prices and feel very satisfied with my decision to get the material needed at this store. High five to the Weslaco Home Depot!!

Great customer service!

This store if full of employees that quickly turn around and look the other way when a customer approaches. It's shelves are disorderly, and their products are covered in dirt and dust. I was shopping the outside garden center, back aisles, and those aisles were full of pallets. One pallet, had a loose plastic rope that got tangled around my foot and nearly tripped me over into chicken wire bundles.

I would recommend the home depot from weslaco because when I remodeled my house I waisted about$15000 in it they where always there to help me out in anything else I needed and know that I'm remodeling my kitchen I'm also receiving the same customer service that I had expected to receive from maybe 4 years ago I remodeled my house . And I will still keep on going to weslaco home depot.i highly recommend this store then any other store in the valley.
