Store is in right location for me to get from where I live. Excellent format and organized too where you can find the thing that you need. Worker are very friendly and willing to help.

The associates were friendly and helpful and made our trip to Home Depot a pleasant experience.

Went to the store to purchase some blinds but my wrist was hurting so bad so everyone was so nice and helpful. One guy helped me load, unload, anything I needed and was so nice. I was quite impressed!

Anytime I need help in the store, the first person i ask has always been enough to get me out the door asap. So there has never been a time that i go in and look for a specific person.

Everyone at this store has been helpful, friendly and willing to help in any way. This is my family's "go to" place for all of our home's needs. We live in Rio Rancho and find this location is closer than the Rio Rancho store location. The stove I purchased was an excellent buy and the delivery was excellent! We are in the process of upgrading both bathrooms in my house and, as we have encountered problems at the house, the staff at this location has been available to answer all of our questions and concerns, which has been a lifesaver. You will definitely be having our business in the years ahead. Thank you!

Service is very poor. Have to hunt down help. Trying to correct or add to an order is useless, the only answer you get is I don't know and will call you back. That call NEVER comes.

We were moving our son to NM, we were not familiar with this store. We had several items to purchase, we found an associate right away, they were very knowledgeable and so helpful. Great store.

I needed an associate to get a storm door off the top shelf. Whoever was assigned to work in the Doors & Windows department did not show up for work that day. I waited 30 minutes -- they paged him three times -- and he never showed up. For this reason, I was unable to purchase the item I wanted.

Upon parking close to the lawn & garden part of the store, a flat bed cart was found nearby that I took directly to the stack of brown mulch bags and loaded. Checkout was quick since I was the only one in line. A clerk responded immediately to my request for loading assistance, and within a few minutes I was on my way home with what I'd come for.

Looking for a specific tomato plant and happily found it and a good price.

The products i was searching for where easy to find and the price was what i expected. The store was clean and staff helpful. I always enjoy my Home Depot experience when shopping.

The items I went to purchase were readily available, and I found a gardening tool that I have looked for at other stores for months now. Associates were extremely helpful. It used to be that I preferred a competitor as my store of choice, however the last few shopping trips I've made to Home Depot have made me rethink that choice.

I returned some packing material and the associate who helped me at the return desk was great! Very pleasant and polite, refreshing!

Stopped by to exchange a propane tank and pick up a shop vac. When I walked in the store,I must of had an I have a question expression on my face, because the store associate greeted me and asked if I had a question. I did have a question the store associate Brenda helped me exchange my propane tank and pointed me to where the shop Vacs were located.

IF LOWES WAS A BIT CLOSER I WOULD GO THERE, AS THERE ASSOCIATES ARE OR AT LEAST APPEAR TO BE CRAWLING ALL OVER THE PLACE LOOKING TO HELP YOU, WITH OUT YOU EVEN ASKING FOR SUCH HELP! WHY CAN'T HOME DEPOT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS? SOME DAY, I WILL ACTUALLY GIVE UP COMING TO THIS LOCATION AND START GOING TO WHERE I AM WELCOMED, LOWES!

Home Depot has good product with good prices. The staff at this store are very knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to put together large and small projects with staff assistance.
