Used to be my Go-To home improvement store, but website doesn't match actual store inventory - can't count on items being in-stock as indicated or in the places indicated.

Went to the paint department I was greeted by a friendly knowledgeable you g nan named Blair . He went above and beyond to help me and I cannot thank him enough

I was able to find several oleander plants here, and several pots of Iceland poppies.

I usually go early in the morning. Employees are kind and courteous and always ask if I need help. I recently ordered blinds with Elva. She was knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions. A real pleasure

I was helped by three different female employees at the store today and each of them helped me so much! They shorten my time in the store significantly as they directed me to exactly where I needed to go for the items that were on my list.

I really don’t like “big box” home improvement stores, but my local hardware didn’t have the paint color I needed. Home Depot is notoriously under-staffed with, I think, lousy customer service. Today, however, I got world class service from Uriel in the Paint Department. He went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed and what I wanted. That’s a rare find these days and may sway my opinion on Home Depot.

An employee helped me locate something I wanted. He looked it up on his tablet and directed me right to it.

Great employees and wonderful store. NEVER order on line. Delay after delay with NO end in sight, I finally canceled a $1500 appliance order with delivery and install.

I had great customer service by an employee named Chuck. He was very attentive and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Because of employees like Chuck I will definitely shop here more often. Thank you again for the shopping experience I had today.

These are great for multiplie house projects. Better that needs due to the additional support when hanging up items or lodging boards onto metal

Associates in the hardware department were very unfriendly and downright confrontational. Additionally they did not know store policy on lock rekeys and attacked me for suggesting otherwise. The manager on duty aggressively confronted me on this point too and then disappeared to "find the policy on it". I eventually left to go to another hardware store that gladly rekeyed my locks for a small fee as is stated home depot does on just about every website/resource online. #3504 home depot really needs to retrain policy on rekeys and consider retraining managers on de-escalation techniques and general respect. I wouldn't wish today's time wasting, frustrating and insulting experience on my worse enemy.

Love this store! They always have what I need, go out of their way to assist you and have really great prices. The store is clean and well lit.

Love this store location! Each person I have encountered whether in person or on the phone is cheerful, patient and always provides the help I need quickly. This store is so consistently helpful I never go anywhere else and they have worked hard to earn this loyalty. The how-to help is always available and has given me the confidence to try new projects and tools. Absolutely outstanding! (And this crusty old retired Marine does NOT hand out unearned praise!)

I have shopped at this Home Depot for many years. I purchased my wood flooring here and was helped by Elva and she was superb in answering all my questions and helping me understand the process of installing the flooring. She went above and beyond helping me. I think she is an excellent employee to have at Home Depot. I also purchased my kitchen and bathroom faucets here and was helped by Paul. I was very impressed by Paul. He too answered all my questions to my satisfaction and went above and beyond helping me. Elva and Paul also were very courteous and respectful. I would recommend this Home Depot location to everyone.

On June 18, 2021, I went to pick-up and an order of retaining wall block I had placed over the phone. It was discovered that I had placed the order in Cottonwood, AZ instead of Albuquerque, Cottonwood location in NM. My landscaper was with me for the pick-up so I made a second purchase of the block the same day. I had to then cancel the order in AZ to process my refund. The customer service rep, Danny, went over and beyond his duty to cancel the order and process the refund back to my account. Danny took the initiative to do this and I was very satisfied with the service I received. We picked up the block, irrigation parts and other necessary products to complete my landscaping project with minimal time spent at the store. I frequent this store often, I should just set up a tent as much time as I visit this place in the summer. LOL. Home Depot, where you get things done!!

The store is conveniently located and the the employees are friendly and knowledgeable and the store is as clean as one expects.

I had a super special circumstances emergency today. Marisa Lopez from the Home Depot Cottonwood Albuquerque went above and beyond and really helped me out and solved a huge issue. Thanks a million. Five Stars!

This is the most helpful, professional and friendly store in Albuquerque NM.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. Customer Service is slow, inexperienced and should be trained on handling cashier transactions. Few employees to help with product knowledge or product location. When you do finally find someone to help or go to customer service for help the employee is stopped many times by other customers who need help and couldn't find anyone. Supervisors and Managers do not answer employee calls for help timely. Minimal brands sold on certain products - Ex. How water heater - only sell GE/Rheem. The process for store credit when a product is under warranty is inconvenient (old product must be brought to the store). This caused delays in finding a plumber willing to return a large broken heater, and caused repair or replacement delays (customer without hot water for two weeks). I will not shop at Home Depot anymore. And, the above problems occurred well before the Pandemic - these issues are not new!
