Bought a leaf blower from home Depot and it's just great. Works wonderful.

made buying material to remodel porch turned out to be unbelievable easy with the help of the lady behind the desk. I looked at the railing first and thought how do i know what to get and how much. went to front desk asked for help after i gave her the measurements she gave a list with price for everything I needed , unbelievable. then the next day she called me to check if i got everything or had any problems. What service thank you home depot i know where i will shop in the future

Out of all the Home Depot’s we have shopped at, the West Branch Store hands down has the best, most helpful employees on whatever project you are doing.

We just bought gardening supplies, but we must have had several employees ask us if there was something they could help us with.

Of all the Home Depot’s I have visited across America, the West Branch store is the best and friendliest staff around.

It was such an easy process to order mulch online and pick it up a day later. Very Convenient and the staff loaded the bags of mulch and I was on my way in no time at all. Thank you !

Need checkouts and carts at both ends of the store, pickups, returns and help desk in center. Would help with parking lot congestion and extra walking, especially for those of us who have a disability or problems walking long distances. Pickup area is too small to accommodate vehicles and loading materials.

I have a small resort with 5 cabins and a house so I am always in need off building materials or cleaning products. Having this store only 4 miles from my home and business is a life saver. The employees are friendly and helpful.

For West Branch east in and out. Usually has everything I need. Wish they had more of the Milwaukee stack tool box choices. But still have a lot of everything else.

There are some very nice employees there but the management is apathic and useless. The game they play about the veterans discount is disrespectful. They make it sound all wonderful and like they really care about veterans and then they decide this can't be used with it, and that can't, and you can online but not in the store, etc. They have good stock, as I said employees are nice, but like I find in a lot of businesses, they pretend to care about veterans but its all PR and not genuine.

Each time I go into the store I find employees look very happy and very helpful and that’s what brings me back to the store. Thank you

We received assistance from several different departments on this last trip. Every store employee took the time to help, including paint, electrical, and plumbing. Employees at the checkout location helped us with a snag.

Only lumber store in town. Lumber is terrible. If there was a different lumber store in town I would never buy it there again

The people that work at the West Branch have always been very nice and helpful. The store has a comprehensive inventory of building products and tools.
