Every employee that I have had the pleasure of doing business with at this particular Home Depot in West Branch Michigan has always gone above and beyond and has had a smile on their face I will be doing all of my Home Improvement shopping at this Home Depot.

This Home Depot is and always be my go to store!! I have bought all my appliances here, my lawn mower and now my snowblower! I also buy the protection plans because they are well worth the price.

The Westbranch HD is the best I have ever been to...and I have been to a lot. The employees are all so friendly and knowledgeable about the products they are responsible for. We recently bought our new kitchen and appliances there. Aron and Steve give excellent service. Aron facilitated our orders and took care of everything that we needed. Not to mention, he made the entire process seamless, enjoyable and fun. He definately gets my vote for employee of the year!

If you need a home door, see Kari. I've NEVER seen a salesperson as knowledgeable and competent. She's such a professional, with a great sense of humor. I have a cottage near their West Branch store and have shopped there a few times. I was struck by the small town friendliness of the employees, who treat you like family. It's so comfortable shopping there!

I was amazed at the friendliness and knowledge of the staff, their willingness to help and overall, general atmosphere of the store and team. The products have always been what I've expected and the tips offered by the staff have never let me down. I would dare say they are doing something extremely right in West Branch.

Having returned to the store with a paint can from eight years ago, I was still able to find a solid, exact match to the original color. The sales person was quite helpful in explaining the updated tinting and coding on the circular sticker so that I was informed about the process of the coloring. The associate was knowledgeable and helpful, the wait was minimal, and the overall experience was laudable. Furthermore, the supervising checkout clerk was friendly and readily assisted us with getting our military discount even though we were at the self-check out station.

I had an okay experience but but watched an elderly couple wait for 30 minutes as the Store Manager would get someone to help them. LAZY MANAGER

I'm in here quite often and each time it's been great. Whether I need boards, they have helped me load, paint, they help me pick the colors I need. Just in general a very nice store! Employees are great and the store manager Trent is wonderful! What more can I say!

Great experience ordering cabinets, flooring and countertops for our new business in town! Sales associate was so helpful and made the entire process so efficient. We look forward to this project knowing we have a great resource nearby.

The associates at this store go above and beyond to accommodate the customer. As soon as you enter the store, there is someone asking you if you need help in finding anything. I don't know where you find your employees, but they are the best of the best!
