Yesterday, I went into Home Depot. Something I have been putting off as my husband hasn't been home. Lets face it. Home Depot is a "Man's World" TO ME. I typically go in there for one or two things and spend the majority of the time walking around like a lost cat because I can't find what I need. Yesterday was different! As soon as I walked in a gentlemen by the name of James asked if I needed anything? I quickly said YES and handed him my list of 4 things I needed! He called every department, told them what I needed. Each person brought the items to the front of the store. He went ABOVE my expectations! To James, the gentlemen who brought the bolts to me, the gentlemen who cut and brought the PVC pipe to me, the beautiful lady in paint who brought the paint cans to me, ALL so I could make my “shop” sign shaped like a stop sign. & lastly, the cashier. THANK YOU all for making my experience an AMAZING one and for going above and beyond. HOME DEPOT, PLEASE Hire employees specify as “PERSONAL SHOPPERS” so all customers can have the experience that I had!

The cashiers and employees at West Branch Home Depot, have always been very courteous and informative. They have led us in the correct direction of issues that were beyond our knowledge. The products are top quality and if anything needs to be returned, they are very happy to serve you.

I have been in many lumber yards and big box stores but the Home Depot in West Branch Michigan has got them all beat. Always fully stocked, clean, well trained employees who all seem to be very knowledgeable concerning my questions. I have been remodeling my retirement home through them and plan to continue to do so.

The store is clean and organized. I shop here a lot for our home projects.

I visit the West Branch store often and have recently purchased washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave and toilet from there. The store is ALWAYS clean and well-stocked, and the associates are always friendly and most helpful.

This is the best store I've been to. All of the employees are very helpful and courteous. The cashiers always go above and beyond to make sure my purchases are fast and convenient. Danielle, Shelly and Cathy even ring up my purchases for me in the self checkouts. These are the best bunch of people I have the pleasure of knowing.

The employees are very helpful but on occassion I have had things referred up to the Managers and they have always resolved them to my stisfaction. I do believe you should bring the 5% instant rebate back at least to good customers. Also need to make sure your lumber quality stays on par with other big box stores. I have been a loyal customer for a long time but those two items have impacted my buying decisions.

This location makes it very convenient to access the items I need. The floors are very clean and organized. There has always been a sufficient supply of items we are procuring. The staff is very helpful with suggesting options. We have always been served courteously and have a very friendly and happy to serve attitude.

Too much prompting at checkout in regards to card reader and pin pad questions. They don't give you enough time to do what's on the pin pad let alone and start telling you what to push and where to push it when you're trying to do it once you read the pad. So basically I'm trying to read the screen and she's telling me what to do at the same time. We got this..

Associate in the returns Dept. Was very courteous. I feel the store manager (not sure of her name but she was female) went well out of her her way to insure my return was handled, and my the exchange was what I needed.

The store employees are not my problem they were fine. But right now I am disgusted with the fact the appliance I ordered is not here
