Got the best price and availability of any of the stores I visited, including Best Buy, HH Gregg

Supposedly 20 demo blades in stock but in fact approx. 20 framing blades scattered on each peg so it appeared to be many types of blades available. On line homer 5 gallon buckets in multiples are are $2.85 each but these packaged deals are not available in the store so we end up paying an extra 12 cents each. Ever aisle had stacks of buckets in the way. Some days you can't find an associate and when you do they can be of no help

This store is always clean and all the associates are willing to help assist.

I went in armed with knowledge of what I wanted and found my items to be in stock and readily available and was in and out in less time than expected. This included checkout.

When you need help, ask for Bonnie. She's terrific!

The store is very clean. My cashier Barb was very pleasant and courteous.

I bought quite a bit of lumber. Thanks to the great sales associates, I was able to select, check out and load my truck in less that 20 minutes.

I love the fact that active service and service connected veterans receive a 10% discount for their military service. What I most appreciate is that the cashiers always use say these six words. "Thank you for your military service". I can't tell you how much those words mean. Thank you Home Depot for recognizing us!

My experience with this particular location was a smooth one. I needed a trenching machine that same day. I was explained the terms and conditions of the rental time involved and it was released in less than 15 minutes. I was impressed with the condition of the equipment, it gave me no trouble at all. The Home Depot from now on, is who I will choose for my rental equipment needs, thank you !

There was everything in the store that I needed to buy and more!

My recent experience was a little bit disappointing. I asked an associate is they could open the bay door to make it easier to load my vehicle with my purchases due to the fact that they were large, I was told that they will fit through the regular doors and they went about their business. I have not encountered this one previous trips. Overall the shopping trip went well and I found what I needed for my project.

Tom in the windows department was so helpful. He really took the time to explain the process of screen replacements to me and was very thorough. I also encountered other very helpful associates throughout the store who pointed me in the right direction and answered all of my questions. I would defiantly go back to this home depot again; I was very impressed with their service.

The organization along with the product availability, especially the Cree light bulbs made in the USA was super. The availability and choice of products is great. Fantastic to have a store in the City of Cleveland, rather than having to travel to the suburbs. That is much appreciated.

Very clean and once help was found store employee was very helpful, and everything is 98 percent of the time items are in stock. Although, I do stop at the steelyard store in Cleveland ohio now & then when something when I also need to hit the Walmart store in the steelyard and its confusing to locate what I need when the stores are not in floor mat with other home depot stores, so does make it hard at time, but if you only go to one location things are always easy to find, but home depot is my store above any other store like home depot.

As an older female, I am used to getting the brushoff from store associates, because of course, I could not possibly know what I need or how to accomplish a project. Today, however, Ian, in power tools, did an outstanding job of ensuring that I saw all the options available, and stayed with me, while I made the decision. He answered questions with knowledge and confidence. Customer service exemplified in this young man! Thank you!
