This is my go-to home Depot. Today I took advantage of the black Friday sales and bought a dishwasher. Mark in the appliance department made it very easy. I had already decided what I wanted. I walked up to it with him. He took the information placard and I was done with a transaction within about 15 minutes. They provide everything you need for a new appliance. They deliver, install, and haul away the old appliance. I'm looking forward to this. I should mention Tom from last Friday when I was looking for light bulbs. Super helpful. I got exactly what I wanted. Which is unusual for me. Because I'm really good at getting the wrong thing and having to go back in return it. Lol In the past, I had to renovate a bathroom. I bought a jet bathtub from a competitor and had to return it. It was a nightmare. Long story short, the bathtub I have now installed in my beautiful new bathroom is from this Home Depot. They really took care of that situation. I've just consistently had a good experience with this store. I will be back again and again.

I’m not sure if it’s customary for this Home Depot to have its customers chase down the associates for assistance and then never actually get it but this was my experience more than 4 times in this store today. It’s unfortunate that an associate would not even take the time to hear what I needed assistance with but instead continually brushed it off to another person.

Keeping this review short, messy store, rude employees and the head cashier treating customers at self check out like bad employees.

Management and Pro staff are outstanding and often go out of the way to help

I bought a washer at this Home Depot and the service was excellent he answered all my questions and knew all about the product. Was very satisfied with the Specialist.

I just purchased a Whirlpool dryer from Mark at Home Depot. He was knowledgeable and efficient. All my questions were answered. I had extreme confidence in the handling of the transaction from point of purchase to arrangements for delivery and set up.

I love everyone at this particular store for their assistance, courtesy and professionalism

Drive across town if you have to, but go to the store at Berea Road.

I needed a small metal garbage can. Found it, but the lid was way up on a shelf. Brianna came to my rescue and dragged a ladder out to the garden center to help me get a lid for the trash can. It was Saturday evening and everyone is tired and ready to go home but Brianna was resourceful, friendly and cool. I always have a great experience at this store.

I went in about 10 minutes ago, employees are very kind and helpful, I love the fact that they are always around to help you when needed. I love it and it’s all around a great store.

Associates go out of their way to assist you with your shopping.

I checked online to make sure my store had what I needed. It was not busy when I got there, close parking and a good supply of what I needed. Checkout was fast and accurate, not using self checkout.

I always find very helpful staff here, and more selections than I need. I love shopping here!

I don't normally shop at Home Depot I usually send one of my co-workers when we need something but today I had to go to purchase a chainsaw. Chris, an associate at Home Depot, helped me with the purchase and he was excellent. This experience has made me realize that I need to make more trips myself to make purchases. Chris is a great addition to this The Home Depot #3820 and I will definitely seek him out on future trips to that store.

I had to go to the Pro Desk to set up an installation of a new garage door opener. The young lady there, Valerie was extremely helpful and what she wasn't sure of she asked a man named Dave who did know. If you ever have to use that service, and she or he are there, go to them! They're awesome!

I currently brought stuff needed and received great services.

If the store opens at 6AM, why isn't the garden center open at 6am? The gates were still closed at 745am. And there were three employees standing around drinking coffee but no one to help me get the 15 bags of mulch I needed, which I had to struggle to push into the store to pay for.

This store offered the greatest selection of merchandise.

I have purchased quite a few items including tools, I don't have any complaints as of yet!

This store always has what you’re looking for and workers ready to help and nice.

Customer service was awesome. I was greeted when I walked in assisted at the register and helped through the car. It was all around great experience.
