Working a special event I was in need of having over 100 keys made and met the most wonderful crew RJ, Bre, and another young lady I didn’t get her name and I feel badly about that. But this crew made sure that I held the keys to the Kingdom they rally together and they got it done we got 100 keys made in less than an hour this team at the store rocks

've been renovating a guest bathroom and I've found everything i need in the store 'or online that I needed. Bathroom is starting to really look beautiful. New faucets, new lights, new paint. All from Home Depot

Horrible customer service. Treat there customers like crap.

The parking lot is absolutely littered with trash and at last three dozen men with backpacks roaming around, asking people for money. If I did not need to go inside to get a can of paint matched, I would not have left my car. Home Depot seems either Completely oblivious or just does not care about the experience for the shopper trying to enter their store. Just gross.

Overall said Store employes are very professional and helpfull.

Employees walk by you fast and intentionally don't look your way so they are not asked to help. 45 minutes in isle waiting for someone to help and none showed up.

Looked like homeless men all over the parking lot. I held on to my Husband's arm for dear life & I'm not exaggerating.

I've been a patron for over 20 years and I'll never shop anywhere else! 10.

I bought a washing machine there a world pool, The price was great, customer service, was friendly and nice , she went above and beyond. I would definitely go back here to shop. West colonial branch

Consistency is good, right? Here, I’m rarely terribly disappointed and never thrilled. I expect to struggle to find help who can answer a question and I expect they are one of the few major stores that doesn’t allow tap to pay. And this store never fails to meet my expectations.

Please hire more friendly staff

I bought a Refrigerator and Jean from Appliances did a great job helping. She was patient and knowledgeable she knows her Stuff.!!

terible sevice all round as usual try getting help in this store HD are not interested in training nice freindly and helpful staff , and enough staff for amount of customers ,just goto ACE see the difference ! corporate only interested in the HUUUUGE profits they make

I was very pleasantly surprised at the great customer service at this store. Just wish there wasn't always groups of men hanging out in the parking lot. Kind of makes me uneasy.

Don’t waste your time, this store is always out of stuff.

Customer service employee management is sucks

After dodging carts and trucks in the chaotic parking lot, the staff made me feel like an inconvenience to get something that was locked up. I won’t go back to this location.

Tried to get tile for my flooring, it was a nightmare. They charged for the tile, but no one knows where my tile is They just lied to me. After 3wks, still no tile ,finally the light bulb lit " Check another store". They should thought of that 3wks ago. This really sucked. Finally got my today. 7/28/24.

When I was parking into HD parking lot's disabled space, I avoided one space because the concrete barrier at the top of the space was in a diagonal position and dangerous. I told the HD employee who was collecting the carts to have mgmt correct this because it was dangerous for cars and pedestrians. She said ok. After being in HD for over an hour, I went to my car and the concrete barrier was not moved or put in its proper position.

See Bree in Hardware! She cares and works very hard to help customers! I’d go back to this store because of her!

I purchased wood baseboards the employees were very helpful in alk ways.

I visited the W. Colonial Home Depot today with my 72-year-old immunocompromised father to purchase 25 bags of mulch. Despite requesting help, employees refused to assist us in loading the car. Eventually, a non-employee helped and then asked us for money, making the experience uncomfortable and distressing. This lack of support and professionalism was unacceptable. We expected better service from Home Depot.

Renne was quite helpful in getting me and helping me make Payment at another Register, as the one I went to use did NOT accept Cash, for some reason ! Also, Jose was doing a "bang-up" job in having things clean at the Registers !
