I came across a tool I decided to buy it I asked two gentleman to help me take it to the register I didn’t have the proper cart 30 minutes later they never took it I stopped a girl if she can get someone to help me she got the guy in tools to try to help me he sent her to go outside for a cart and it’s pouring rain as he stands around waiting for her to come in. I was already upset for waiting 30 minutes that I grab the tool and left. The customer experience was horrible no one wants to assist you here it’s always a challenge to get someone to help. It’s a different experience when I go to the Glendora store and this one the service in Glendora is great everyone is willing to help as for here they hide from helping anyone

This is the best home depot to buy paint from because Claudia is super knowledgeable and her customer service far exceeds anyone from any other store.

Good help from employees, only problem is rats come out at night because of the dump in the hills

Went to this Home Depot to pick up a specific lawn mower. Saw it on display but couldn't find it on the shelves. First employee I talked to pulled out his phone and scanned the code, said none were in stock, but didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. Talked to lady in Customer Service (with glasses and highlights), she was appalled that I asked the question and groaned, said she would call someone over to help me. I waited 30 mins but nobody came. Began leaving the store, ran into another employee who scanned it and said there were 4 in stock, and he would send someone to help. I waited another 45 minutes and still nobody came. Ran into another employee who scanned it and said there were 3 in stock, but would have to wander around looking at the stock to find it, and some were marked for shipping. Seemed like nobody actually knew anything about what stock was actually in the store. 2 stars because at least the employees were friendly (ironically except the lady from customer service).

Bought some light bulb and I noticed that there is not much selection when in terms of other brands and other light bulb that is not made in China.

We had an issue with the foundation being uneven in part of the area we were planning to install vinyl planks. Lisa in flooring solved our issue, made sure our project proceeded on time and followed up with us to make sure we were happy with the outcome. Floor is beautiful!

Came in for tomato plant, had very little to choose from. The ones they had were dry and wilted. Did find one that should survive after a long drink of water!

The lady Tawnya in the pro department who helped me out was excellent. I truly appreciate her going above and beyond what was asked of her. You need more sales associates like her.

I like shopping at this location. It is not the closest Home Depot to me, but would rather drive a couple miles and shop here. West Covina store is always well organized , plenty of inventory and staff is always helpful. Definitely worth the drive.

Purchased a Christmas tree and Peter and Natalia were an absolute joy to assist in our shopping experience! 10/10

It was a great experience. Cecily the cashier was extremely busy but made sure my transaction was done quicly soi can get home to fix my current problem.

A lady employee, named Jessie, in plumbing, is one of the most knowledgeable & helpful employees I have ever met. Told her my plumbing issue, and she showed me all the plumbing parts I needed to correct it. First I ask a young man, appeared to be approximately 25-30 years old, that said he worked in plumbing, where I could find a 1-1/2 inch, plumbing P-trap, made from ABS material. I have purchased many of these from Home Depot over the years. He said HD doesn't carry those in ABS, only in PVC material. When I ask Jessie, she said certainly, follow me to the next aisle. Store must have had 25 of them in stock. also, a lady named Kenya, in plumbing, also very knowledgeable.

Everyone here is so helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they offer and the plants are well taken care.

This store is very neat and organized and I believe the mornings are best to go. Employees seem to be upright and ready for their day and everything is moving great. Very good job keep it up and please keep that app up to date as well on inventory its truly amazing and helpful.

WORST costumer service experience at the “customer service” department by Abranna (cashier) and Bobby (manager). The lack of customer service and/or empathy was unbelievable. I understand we all have bad days but I would encourage Home Depot have their associates take some training on customer service etiquette. It’s unfortunate that Bobby was too busy to talk to me after I requested to speak to the manager several times. I tried to reach out online via “Home Depot/survey” but the characters allowed to type in my experience were limited. I requested a response from the store manager but still have not herd back from anyone.

Good folks who will humble you enough to leave a review. I usually forego this type of thing, however the fine staff of this location inspire this review. Place was clean, and I sometimes just stroll through here when I do not have much to do. It is a pleasure as always visiting. Thank you West Covina Staff!

You need more employees like Mrs. Judy Hall and Cleo Green, very well customer service oriented..
