I needed carpet. The associate helped us through the process. We set some times for the carpet estimator to show up and the installers to lay the carpet. All were very professional and made me feel valued.

Credit card machines went down and the store would not announce it. They announced that they were slow, but they were not working at all and they allowed customers to get in line and attempt to use them, making others who had cash wait in line (35 minutes). Training in such a situation is a must, and do not be afraid to tell customers the truth...

Fast, efficient, experienced employees. Always a good experience.

I had to really debate over whether to give this store 4 or 5 stars. All of the associates who helped us as we did our Christmas tree shopping were very kind and caring, I just wish it wasn't only one guy having to trim the tree, net the tree, carry the tree out to the buyers vehicle, and check on who and where the twine was. I feel like he should have at LEAST had one other person in there helping him. Some people had 12 foot trees! I'm sure he felt that in the morning.

asked for several prices and the young lady at online purchases was up to the task knew price without looking it up and differences

Items were where they were suppose to be but they were scattered around between 2 different aisles. There is not enough space to move around in the aisles. They need to get cleaned and declutter. Attendants need to be around to assist customers with heavy items.

Great store with helpful employees. Jimmy helped smooth over a potential problem and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We were looking for projector lights, and a very nice young lady greeted us with a smile and found the lights quickly for us. Then we went over to get a Samsung water filter, and a young man greeted us with a smile too. He tried to find the filter but none were in stock. He was very helpful. We just wish we could have purchased there because Lowe's usually has higher prices for these water filters than Home Depot.

Well equipped friendly staff and I got all I needed to continue with my home projects.

I was looking for specific Christmas lighting decoration that I had seen online and when asked one of the associates about it and where I could find it. He was very helpful and very knowledge able about the product thanks.

I was looking for some type of cap to cap off my water line that kept leaking. I was searching in the bolts area for a cap, and Don from tools came over to assist me. He took me to the plumbing area where he found exactly what I needed. He was very helpful and an awesome associate. Normally it is hard to get assistance, but he stepped up to help.

Needed help in Lawn and Garden for a hard to find wheel barrow part, an associate name Jim provided customer service WAY above what I have gotten at any other hardware store. I will certainly shop this store again!!!

overall the store is clean and easy to find items. sometimes the items are not in the area where it should be but I understand that there are several customers that misplace the products.

Everything was very clean and organized. It was very easy to find the items I needed. I found everything I needed quickly and was out of the store within 10 minutes. Overall a great experience!

The speed of finding things was great. The associate (female) was very helpful in the plumbing section for under-sink items. she recommended a sealant rather than joint compound which on our sink had failed producing a leak. The cashier was quick. The only problem was that some of the customers paying for items were backlogging the cash registers because it took them too long to produce a valid credit card or did not know how to properly use the newer cards.

It was a good experience, I found everything I was looking for and, the associate was very helphful and patient as we took very long to decide our purchases.

I go to Home Depot for my pool supplies because they are easy to find and always in stock when I need them.

I used to be a Lowes customer, but customer service there was disgusting. They treat you like your an ignorant person and believe only general contractors belong in the store. Decided to travel a little further to Home Depot just to avoid the service at the other store. I couldn't be any more happier with my decision on doing so. From now on, any home improvement task that I need to take on here at home, I'll be sure to buy my stuff at this store!
