Is the worst experience I've ever had there at that store? No one is around to help and when you do find someone no one knows what they're doing so you don't buy nothing and they lose money. I needed four doors and no help even with the assistant manager. How sad is that

I bought four toilets with installation they all had the same SKU number. One was totally different and the Home Depot supervisor explained that it was my fault for signing the service orders at the time puchase and when I paid for the products.

New manager is not management material. Also, get rid of garden center employee, Bea, she’s a real snot. Very arrogant and isn’t customer service oriented.

Super lovely shoping with my hubby this morning, just the two of us. We found everything we needed. And, at checkout the cashier was just so patient and very kind helping me with the survey. We will continue to come to this location.

My experience purchasing a new dishwasher was greatly enhanced because of the thoughtful and kind assistance of Paris. She demonstrated keen awareness of my needs, informing me in numerous detail of the capabilities of the new dishwasher. At all times, Paris was polite, soft spoken, and skillfully attentive to completing my purchase order efficiently. I was delighted to have the opportunity to speak directly with Jenny, store manager on duty, to express my appreciation of Paris’s help in purchasing the new dishwasher.

In all seriousness, this is my favorite location in the city of El Paso. Not sure what it is about the employees and service but I feel most comfortable shopping at this location.

This was a great experience, working with Brianna at the pro desk. She was very professional, and had all the materials on track when I came to pick it up.

Over my many trips to this store, I have found it difficult, time and again, to find things on the shelves or locate an employee for help. Many times I have looked on the HD app and it showed 12 of an item, only to go to the store and find none. Even the employees have told me that their inventory is never accurate. Recently I purchased a toilet seat, only to take it home and find out that it was damaged and missing hardware. Find another HD store rather than this one.

We have been to several stores attempting to buy large scale halloween decorations. James. The Assistant manager immediately told us he wasn't going to argue with us about why he couldn't sell something. We weren't even arguing. We just wanted reasoning why he couldn't sell a display item when we have purchased them in the past at various other stores. He claimed they needed to stay at planogram for the store but were actually missing items that needed to be there. His excuse was they just didn't put them up. At least if you are going to lie keep it consistent.

I needed help with an item that continued to be backorder ed. Ron took the time to investigate what was my best options. He found solution. He didn't have to help since he was about to go to lunch with some colleagues. He missed out for helping. It's hard to find dedicated people like him. Thank you.
