I usually go to Home Depot because I know that the prices will be competitive ,if not better than other stores and I know they will have everything I need. I like not having to go to multiple stores for one project.

The employes here work hard and fast to help you get what you need and on your way. I wish more of the stores had employees like the ones at this store thank you all

Cristina in the flooring department was extremely helpful! She made my shopping experience a piece of cake. I always make sure to go to this Home Depot because they have great customer service. And Cristina truly reminded me of that. I am very happy with my experience!

Everything was quick and easy - we had friendly and timely help from three different store associates during our visit. At checkout, our cashier, Taghrid, was so helpful and just a delight to speak with.

Dana in flooring made my shopping/buying experience very pleasant. I would recommend this Home Depot store, but also suggest customers ask to work with Dana

Jay Patel assisted me today in choosing a washer and dryer set for a rental home that I manage. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and I will work with him for future purchases.

Paint department service was wonderful and the other people on the floor were very helpful. They assisted in locating the other items I needed. The only problem was I forgot my 10% off coupon at home (65 miles away) and the person at the register did nothing to assist in any way for me to get my discount. She did not honor it and I live too far away to drive home and get it to have them adjust my bill later. So I did not get my 10% discount costing me over $65. The cost of gas to get home and back would have eaten up all my discount so I just paid with a different credit card. Again, the floor people were wonderful though. Very helpful. They even went as far as to put in a different (purple) light bulb in a fixture on the wall to see what it would look like for me.

Friendly and helpful I was in and out in about fifteen minutes. I love avoiding the crowd. Thank you very much Dana

I always go to Home Depot first because there are very few times that I can't find what I need. I ordered a fridge 3 times from someone else and it always came damaged. I ordered from Home Depot once and got a better quality fridge for the same money and it was in perfect condition. Thank you Home Depot!!!!!!!

Would love to have bins with galvanized screws and nails. I may need only 2 or 3 lbs. I don't like having to buy items by the box!

The store was clean. the Employee's surely looked like they liked working there!!

This is by far my favorite home store in Eugene. There are always knowledgeable staff available to help me find what I'm looking for, and they listen carefully when I'm not sure what I'm looking for!! It's the only place I go to now when I need products for my home, garden and garage. thanks!

Was helped by two very fine personnel....led me to what I needed, and assisted me in finding certain difficult pieces of hardware.

I always like shopping at Home Depot; however, currently physical ability prevents me from long walks through the aisles, so I depend on the store associates. They are always friendly and familiar with the products, but sometimes the wait to get an associate to a specific area is long.

We needed a new washing machine after ours quit on us. After doing research online I determined I could get a great deal on the one I wanted at HD. I was happy to see it in the store so I could check it out in person. The associate that helped me was friendly, efficient and very good at what she did. Great experience!

I just bought a house, and it's a bit of a fixer-upper. Consequently, I have been making the rounds to the big three: Jerry's, Lowe's, and Home Depot. Of the three, I have found that Home Depot is consistently reliable for my needs and searches. I think I've learned my lesson, and starting my search at Home Depot usually saves me two trips....

Went to the paint department. Knew I wanted Behr paint, and wasn't sure of the color. The associate showed me a touchscreen that would show me the color I chose on the walls, in the room that I also chose. It was great! Bought 2 sample size paint - did not like them. Returned later in the day and bought 2 gallons of Behr paint and the room looks fantastic! The associates in the paint department are great. Took time for me, gave me the rebate form, explained how to submit online - and the second time in the store it was a different person assisting me. These paint department associates are a great assistance and very knowledgeable. My check out was Kelli, who was extremely considerate - taking the pain from cart to scan, replaced in cart, and asked if I needed assistance getting items loaded into my car. My overall experience at Home Depot, with everyone was a very welcoming one from the moment I walked into the store, during the checkout and everything in between. Great prices and innovative ideas too, as I walked around while paint was being custom tinted. I will be back for my next project!

Found Steven very helpful and nice as well.Was able to answer my questions and make suggestions on my project.

Although we found what was needed at a good price, there was a lack of help to load the large bag of soil to the cart and then to the vehicle.

I enjoy shopping in this store, because I always receive the best costumer service. Every body cheerful, respectful, and helpful. I would like to thank all the employes.

I visited the Home Depot immediately after an unsuccessful visit to a larger Lowe's nearby. I needed to purchase 140 red clay bricks and about 300 lbs of medium builder's sand. I got pointed in the right direction by a helpful checkout crew, took a cart, and headed over to gather up the material I needed. As I began to load the cart, a sales associate named Dan showed up and, without my asking, started to help me load the needed brick, stayed with that until we loaded the 140 pieces, helped load on the six 50 lb bags of sand, and then pushed the cart to check out. After checkout, Dan helped me load up my pickup as well. This kind of service was a great surprise and certainly more than I expected. I asked for the manager to convey my appreciation. Outstanding service along with great product.

I used to live by the other Eugene Home Depot and was a regular in there. The staff is always friendly no matter which Home Depot you visit, however. This Home Depot definitely goes above and beyond!

Answered an ad in the paper. Associate showed me where the product was. He gave additional info about it and I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Its very close to home, and you can get everything you need, and check out quickly!

Needed a key made and was in and out in under 5 minutes.

The store was clean and the associates were readily available to help me

Was able to locate all items I was shopping for, staff was courteous and helpful, Check out was expedient and clerk was personable with a good sense of humor.
