I love this store and will continue to shop there!

We weren't able to get a product from our local Home Depot so had to call around to find it. It was located at the #2716 Flint store and they were willing to hold it for us until we could drive the 30+ miles to get there. The Service Desk employees were fantastic and helped us immensely.

Went in to get just a few things, knew where everything was so in and out. Everything I wanted was in stock. James the cashier was very personable and polite..Good trip

Ernest helped me find a hard to find plumbing item and get a house key made in 5 minutes flat. And helped 4 other people while also helping me. Whoa. Impressive.

Moses was extremely nice and very helpful while I was using the self checkout!! He helped me bag a few items...put the bags in my cart...and lifted some of the heavier items for me to scan!

VERY HELPFUL ..... WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIND WHAT WE NEEDED. THANK YOU

I really hate the self checkout

I brought an old blower to Home Depot which I could not get to work. I asked if it could be fixed; they took it and discovered that it had gasoline in it which caused it to be inoperative. They tried to unjam, but could not. Initially did not think, it could be fixed, but went to work on it and got it working with Trufuel!

I was in for a hot water heater that I couldn't find in stock at other stores. Had great service getting my product to the register and the cashier was very friendly. Had help getting the tank loaded in the back of my truck. The employees were great ..thank you !

When item not available she called found and had them hold for us!

Staff was helpful as always

The manager Carrie went out of her way to help me not only when I entered the store, but when I ran into a problem and thought I had to return my item, she set up delivery for it and helped the people behind the desk, all while cutting her lunch short

This Home Depot is a little bigger than other ones nearby. They have more inventory and staff than the other ones. Usually the staff is very friendly and helpful, but once in a while you get a snarky one. Other than that, I would only change the stuff in the aisles. It's kind of "junky-looking".

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Home Depot. The sales specialist that assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful and made you shopping experience a very satisfying experience. Thanks Tom for your help!

Great organic seed and fertilizer selection

Cheryl designed our kitchen cabinets and countertops with expert precision. I could not imagine how she color matched a cabinet from another brand that's 10 years old but we brought home our new cabinets from Cheryl and they are perfect. Cheryl was patient with me during all my false starts on the countertop and tirelessly redrafted my design each time. She's a professional and it shows. Highly recommend to everyone I know as the experience was awesome and the results even better. We are very thankful for her help and guidance during the renovation.

I was greeted by all the employees with hi or hello do you need help or assistance with anything. Are you finding everything you needed. I thrive on great customer service. That’s more important than the items in the store.

This is my new go to hardware/project store. Awesome staff.

Most if the plants in the garden center were in dire need of water. Most were looking have dead and some were! Also no one to ask for assistance in the garden center or the store for that matter. Was looking for trellises and ended asking another customer if she had seen them.

I went to home depo to get screws..... And got washer, drier,stove,and refrigerator for a great price. The sales lady Maria was awesome!!!

I’ve been patronizing this store for years. Since I moved in the area 23yrs ago and It’s location to my residence is very convenient. Most of the time my experiences have been great. In the garden Cntr, tool rental, Home Improvmt, hardware etc. just an all around great store.

I just went in to get boxes for moving and Moses was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though I used self check he still offered assistance in any way he could! Please keep him around!

We found our gas grill and the best part was it was on sale and already assembled and a nice person gladly helped us load this purchase into our car! Very satisfied with Home Depot on every trip we make there!
