I went In to purchase merchandise for a large home improvement and the first point of contact was ratchet. The black girl could careless about being helpful, instead she wanted to hold a conversation with other people at the desk. The agents are extremely rude and when you have an issue they want you to think your the problem.... talk about a huge case of gaslighting to me. The girl in the flooring dept was helpful. When I went to check out, they could careless about helping instead they were talking and looked made when the machine prompted for help. No thank you for shopping or mention about a survey.

I purchased bathtub and wall unit features to repair my bathroom. I received great service from the employees, especially the cashier DJ when I was checking out. He was patient and kind to me.

Moises really saved the day while another employee wasnt great. I recommend moises as he went above and beyond !

I use your app to locate the item, but l still needed assistance and this Home Depot was there. I was not feeling well and they helped me tremendously and gave me water Thank You

I bought several years ago a gas water heater. If you bought it by noon installation same day. Well it took 2 1/2 days for installation. Since then, this tranasaction left a bitter taste about Home Depot Promotion!!

This is our local store and 90% of the time we experience horrible customer service. The employees are never present to help in the aisles, we’ve had to search and search to find people regularly. When we do find them, 90% of the time they do the bare minimum to move us along. Today we needed a portion of PVC pipe cut- the employee we chased down told us to do it ourselves, and then the employee, Julie, at the register told us she couldn't ring it up and we needed to have the man who helped us cut another one. We told her we did it ourselves, as directed, and she said we never should have. She then took the cut pipe, set it aside, and sent us on our way. She will end up throwing away the cut pipe, and ALL SHE NEEDED TO DO WAS GET THE SKEW CODE TO RING IT IN. Abysmal.

Your sweepstake drawing is so bogus. You are just trying to get people to agree to get your garbage email. You only offer two options. Of course people are going to choose the sweepstakes option. Omg. You people are horrible pigs

Some store associates, like my cashier today Palivia, was extremely cordial and pleasant. There was another woman at checkout who was also extremely friendly. These two could probably teach a thing or two to the kid in the paint department who didn’t seem to have any idea about customer service (no eye contact, no engagement, socially awkward). The cashier at the gardening department also lacked charisma - you could practically hear her counting down the minutes until quitting time. Customer-facing employees are the face of your company. Don’t hire people who are “just there for the paycheck”.

Generally, I found this store has the merchandise I need. Because the store is so big (as all of them are), it can sometimes be difficult to find someone to help you out. The store could be improved by having customer call phones around the store so finding assitance would be easier.

I asked for a price on a 1x1x60 and they said since they didn't know they could upcharge me for a 2x2x60. Otherwise they didn't know how much the item they were selling me was so i was out of luck. Not unfriendly, just unwilling to help at all.

I was quoted a price in the flooring dept. and I was not honored at the cash register!!! They double the price and told the guy who quoted me is on lunch and won’t be back in an hour!!!

The customer service at the West Hartfoed home depot is fantastic. They helped me find everything I needed today and were very patient. I observed this same behavior with other customers

Althougfh it was not his regular area, Tom tried to help me find a product which was misplaced.

Through the years, I have had a good experience at this store on New Park Ave. in West Hartford, CT. It is clean, well-stocked and the employees are knowledgable, friendly and patient. One employee deserves speacila mention. For well over a decade, "Cashier Susan" has gone above and beyond to assist me. Susan is professional, friendly and an asset to the store.

Todd was extremely helpful in helping us find items that were relocated to another area of the store. The employees are very friendly and willing to help us find items or answer my questions. Todd's customer service just went above and beyond what I expected. He asked my husband and I to wait at the customer service desk and he would find the items we were looking for and bring them to us. Within a few minutes he bought them on a cart and even checked us out out so we did have to wait in line again.

I would recommend this store for selection of products stock availability and customer service.

I purchased some Carpet Cleaner and found the product very easily and saw that the 6210 store is very Clean Organized Customer Service Friendly and Utmost Knowledgable.

I had to return an item that didn't quite fit my vanity. I had hit a brick wall with Home Depot's online chat, but the team at the West Hartford Home Depot quickly and professionally handled the return. As a result, I will be returning to this store for future purchases.

I purchased five keys for my home and they were all cut incorrectly. The staff member was on her cell phone during the entire process and transaction. So unsafe and rude!

I needed chicken wire to protect new plantings from the rabbits. The staff person knew exactly what I was looking for and WALKED ME to it.

I was helped by Zulma in the window treatment department. Not only was she nice, she had a vast knowledge of measuring and cutting blinds or my windows.
