Found item I needed for toilet DIY repairs easily.

Steven in Hardware was extremely helpful! Just came in to get keys cut and was looking at tool for my job and Steven was able to help me out.

After a long day of work then needing to buy supplies for a fence, I was tired. Lee was cheerful and helped me with some questions, made me laugh and gave me a "parting gift" of something that was broken/being thrown away, but that I wanted after she offered. She made my day! It's just that human touch that helps you get through the day. Thank, Lee!

the staff was knowledgeable and the were friendly, the greeter was the one that got my attention and asked me questions if I needed help when I looked at her, thank you for the concern and all that was important to me

I've been to this Home Depot a few times and the employees really seem to care about customers.

We were pleasantly surprised at the availability of store associates to assist us. Nader was very helpful in finding the items were came in for. We actually came in to look and ended up making a purchase.

Judy at the Customer service desk was attentive and friendly. When I explained to her I was unable to find a specific item in the electrical department she immediately called a sales associate in that department who delivered three options for me to choose from. I chose the one that best fit my needs and she completed my purchase and I was on my way. Judy Defiantly deserves Five Star ***** recognition. Thank you, James K.

The store was clean and product that i need are easy to locate. And one thing, associates are willing to walk you through the aisle.

I found the store to be very clean and presentable. The store assistants were extremely helpful in directing me to several product areas in the store that I was planning to go to. The cashier was very helpful in getting my Home Depot credit card replaced right at the cashier station. My card had already expired...The shopping experience was certainly positive. I know where to shop where it will be a one stop experience and it is Home Depot West Hills

Never been to this Home Depot before had a wonderful shopping experience and Brad was very helpful with making me understand the tools and showing me in detail how to solve my problem. Thanks to him I am now able to do fix my problem without outside help. Thank Brad.

Home Depot is traditionally more expensive across the board than Lowe's but HD is 5 mins closer. I tried shopping for what I needed at my preferred Lowe's but they were OUT of both items! Most unusual. So I went to closer Home Depot. Found large Pine Sol I needed but couldn't locate stainless faucet spout attachment for kitchen sink. Requested assistance three times from many associates who could not help me - assistance was requested three times via loud speaker- no one ever responded over 15 mins. Finally I found what I needed in a foot level disarray buried beneath other items. 1 of only 2 they had in stock. Sure enough, HD's prices on both purchases was $2-$3 each more than Lowe's but Lowe's was out of these items.

Store is always well maintained and stocked. Staff is helpful and friendly. I've been in a LOT of HD's, and West Hills is one of the very best.

This is my home away from home. I go here to find all the things I need. There is a Lowes and another Home Depot nearby, but I only go to this one. The other stores do not have the same customer service, by far.

I have made many friends with the associates since I have been coming to the store for over 20 years. Coming in to the store is like "coming home" - coming home to Home Depot. I recognize a lot of my home at the store - roofing, siding, shelving, plants, plumbing fixtures, etc. So, of course, I get that "familiar" feeling. Once I forgot my wallet at a time that I needed some parts to complete a repair that day. Susan let me get them on the promise that I would pay later. That's service! I return a lot of items because I usually buy more than I need. The return desk is always accommodating. Gaby used to be there, but now she is in a management post. The store managers are always changing, so I don't get to know them very well. However, meeting people like Jonathan and Kavita is just fine with me! Please forgive my bad memory; there are a lot of names that escape me at this moment. Oh yeah, who can forget Phillip who has a good word and smile for everyone. You are all very special to me, and you make me feel very much, well, at Home!

I have noticed a decline in the skill level of the associates that have been hired in the last few years. I have asked questions about either electrical or specific tasks and they had never done most of the tasks that I asked about so said they didn't know. It seems that working in a department there should be some knowledge of what is involved in the tasks needed to accomplish them.

As I entered the store I was greeted by an associate, asked if she could help me find an item. Offered a shopping cart. Before I Left for my item she asked if I was looking for anything else. She again told me what aisle i could find the items in. As I walked throughout the store I was again greeted by several associates. It shows the employees were aware of what was going on in their place of business and were willing to help if needed. Aisles were very clean and organized and items were easily found. I used the self check out which was very easy and someone was there to help if needed. Great Job!!

My visit to home depot was pleasant. The associates were helpful and the store was clean.

THE CASHIER WAS VERY SLOW AS WELL AS RUDE AND THE WAIT TIME TO GET TO HER WAS 20 MINUTES.. SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO COULR CHECK ME OUT AS I AM TO PICK UP MY DOOR TOMORROW AND SHE HAD A HARD TIME TAKING OFF THE SECURITY FOR THE FAUCET SO I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER WHO SAID HE WAS WORKING WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND I SAID I WAS IN LINE BEFORE THEM AND I WOULD LIKE THIS PROBLEM RESOLVED SO I COULD LEAVE THE STORE WITHOUT THE SECURITY GOING OFF ON MY BOX WITH THE FAUCET IN IT. HE WAS VERY RUDE AS WELL. I SPENT $376.01 AND I WILL ONLY BE RETURNING TO THE STORE TO PICK UP MY DOOR TOMORROW.

I used to dread going to Home Depot and I still take a breath whenever I walk in. However, I had a very good experience this time around. I was looking for something specific and the guy in the paint department helped me find what I was looking for. And the price was better than I expected. That makes me less hesitant to shop here in the future.

Store to beat. excellent. You'll find anything what you need.

Home Depot is my kind of store. No effort to shop in this store.
