Today I came in to the West Hills, Home Depot in search of many items or ideas. The associate in lighting / light bulb dept. Sam went above and beyond to assist me. I also had a wonderful experience with Robin from plumbing. She went above and beyond to help with ideas and my needs in different depts. They both approached me immediately and were able to resolve or recommend items which made my shopping experience just great. Thank you both. Such great customer service! The cashier Yuli also was a gem. Thanks West Hills Home Depot! Keep up the excellent customer service. Be back soon!

The store was really clean and well organized .Like I said earlier, I was looking to purchase a surprise drill kit for my husband since his was stolen. After being in your store several associate walked right by me, not one of them ask me if I needed any assistance. Than this kind gentlemen with a smile ask me if I was finding everything okay. I told him my story and he said well let me show you what we have as in package deals and also what is on sale. I like that Bradley took the time out to see if I need some assistance and asked me if I needed some help. He is very knowledgeable about the power hand tools that you carry in the store. Thank you Bradley for just taking the time to ask me if I needed some help that day.Needless to say, my husband is VERY, VERY happy with your suggestion.

Had a problem with doing a return. Manager Rita came to resolve it. She was great, friendly, professional. She is a real asset to the store.

FOR GODS SAKE HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES! The store needs employees that know the products in electrical, plumbing and painting

Lately the electrical department has been falling apart. Products sit high out of reach with nobody to get them for you. Couldnt locate someone to cut wire either.Used to be able to coplete my shopping now the last 3 trips have been unsuccessful. Going back to my wholesale supplier for everything.

Store was easy to locate an very friendly employees. I had such a wonderful experience it has put the WOW back into customer service thank you Bradley (B-rad) , for making people like me believe that there is still value Customer Service out there in the retail chain. I now know how to used my drill and I will be back looking for him to help me with other around the house projects.

This store seems to have the friendliest staff. I noticed that they are happier and more helpful than most stores. I finally had to ask one of them, "Is Home Depot paying you better?" The sales associate simply smiled and offered help. I must thank Teresa at paints for helping me find the right stain. We tested many stains, and she was patient and helpful, all the while she was interrupted by other customers. Cesar helped me at lumber and taught me something about the lumber I was selected. Lance helped me with hardware. Suzette and Ner in flooring were helpful in flooring. Sal (student at Pierce College) helped me with my closet doors, checking other stores to see if they had my doors, till he finally found them, and held them for me. I enjoy coming to this store. The employees make shopping at Home Depot easier and more pleasant. Thank you all!

Sal in the lumber department bent over backwards and went beyond the call of duty to help me! What a great place full of people who care.

I didn't catch his name but there was a very helpful associate in the Plumbing department who helped my husband and I with a question we had about the pipes. This guy was really nice, and even came back later to make sure we got everything we need. There should be more associates like him. Thanks whoever you are!

Looked up product availability online, then found a helpful associate to guide me to product location. Self checkout made it a very convenient visit.

The sales associate was very helpful when I needed to purchase a piece of plywood to make a ramp due to my husband's broken leg. He told me which to buy and then helped load it into the truck.

Yes! It's about providing and selling great products but I believe above that, the genuine human connections with the customer service is what separates Home Depot from other stores. I had the most amazing experience at West Hills Home Depot tonight. The amount of time and effort this amazing supervisor put in to help us to find the exact products we wanted was beyond the normal range of a supervisor's responsibilities. She cared! She cared with her HEART about us and that's what made a difference and that's makes Home Depot one Of the greatest store.

i normally don't do or have the extra time to complete a survey, But, Sarai Gar was really great and helpful. I was very frustrated and she took care of my issue right away and also walked me to my register and scanned everything for me at the self pay kiosk...now I know you to go to when I need help. Homedepot has all the items I need for any job I start and run out of items. I know it's my one stop shop to get whatever I need to finish the job I'm doing right.

always an experience to explore and find just what you needed the first time you look for anything, especially in such a large environment. I primarily shop for all my gardening needs and ALWAYS find just what I needed/wanted.
