It is a great experience to roam the isles of Home Depot. The associates are so friendly and helpful. There are so many ideas that come for the selection and there is always an abundance of what I need and more!

Great store great product and prices tools plumbing

I needed an under the counter light for my kitchen and if it had not been for the Associate at the store I would have walked out with the wrong thing. He was very helpful and friendly, knew his products and took the time to explain why the one I had would not have worked. The cashier was friendly and even made sure I had the batteries for my light when she saw it was battery operated. The store is clean and well laid out so things are easy to find and I will go back to this store to shop even though it is not the closest Home Depot to my home.

Lesa and Hasan were both very helpful. Lesa went above and beyond her customer service skills on a day where I needed it most! Keep up the great job Lesa and Hasan!

I needed to replace a special large pre-filter in my water filtration system at home which I had purchased at HD about 7 years ago. I couldn't find the filter. Both Julie and Jim came to my rescue, researched my filter model, determined that they had 6 left on clearance because they were being phased out and replaced by a newer filter. The 6 filters were located in a special clearance area which they led me too and we found them. They then took me to the section of the store where the filters were that replaced my old filters. Not only did I get 6 of my current filter at a discounted price, but now I know the replacement model and where it is located. They were both extremely helpful, very friendly, knowledgeable and anxious to help resolve my problem. They both went beyond the "second" mile.

Went to buy a pre hung door and an employee seen me and asked if that was the correct size. Rough opening is different than door size. I double check my measurements and found I grabbed the door that was 2 inches too big. Saved me a return trip! Great employees!

I love this store! The associates are so friendly and always willing to help. They make my shopping experience fun and enjoyable. I learn something new very time I shop here.

Great location! Home Depot is a life saver, whether buying concrete retaining wall blocks are just a simple furnace filter, they have it all. I love to shop here and think you will too!

The greeter and cashier were both excellent and my experience insured that I will shop at that store again.

I walked my dog to get some exercise to the Home Depot that's about 2 miles away. I go in, find the light bulb I'm looking for, and walk over to the the self checkout to complete the purchase. I scan the bulb, swipe my card, and the receipt prints. I glance at the receipt to make sure there's a survey with the chance to win $5,000. Check. I walk out the store and begin the 45 minute walk home. When I'm about 10 minutes from my house, I realize I forgot the light bulb at the check out desk. I call the store and explain my situation. An associate named Stephen said he'd take care of it and just ask for him when I get back to the store. So I get home, jump in my car, and drive back to Home Depot. I walk in and ask for Stephen and explain the whole situation and they just ask to see my receipt and give me my light bulb so I can carry on my merry way.

The store clerk, Caleb really went out of his way and helped me and answered EVERY question I asked him. Was a very positive experience!

Shopping for large totes for Christmas tree storage resulted in an associate directing me to the exact location, however the totes were stored on a top shelf requiring assistance from an associate on a ladder!! Contacted a service counter associate who called for assistance. When I returned to the display a young man was already present & quickly retrieved the large totes from the display rack !!! All employees were very friendly, making my shopping experience even better !!! PS: Home Depot was the only store I have found to stock this large tote, including on-line searches !!!

They almost took me by the hand they made it so easy to return the item I bought and exchanged it for the right one. My error.

I live by a Lowes and Home Depot in Kearns is closer to my house. I travel to the 90th south store because of the way I am treated there. I have only had one experience where one of the associates was talking on her cell phone when there was a line up of customers at a check out and she didn't lend a hand to help out the one lady that was going like crazy to help everyone in line. That is the only reason that there isn't "excellent" on all ratings... ARK from West Jordan

To be honest, this store have a good customer service but I never meet this employer before, his name is Bob, and he make the different between a good customer service to an EXCELLENT customer service.

I asked questions to one of the associates in the tool department in reference of purchasing a hammer drill. He was extremely knowledgeable and showed me the pros and cons of the different brands. With this information I was able to make an educated decision on the type of drill and the brand. I truly enjoyed shopping at the West Jordan Home Depot store. Will continue to shop at this store and would recommend this store to other purchasers.

Mysti in the paint department was very knowledgable, patient, and helpful. Connie at check out was very good! It was a busy day and she wasn't able to locate anyone to help me load my five gallon bucket of paint in my car...so she came and did it herself!! Awesome customer service!

When I enter this store I am greeted by Lesa like she is my friend. It makes my experience, whether I find what I am looking for or not, a great one. I always recommend this location to my family and friends. I also love to see Lesa when I bring my children and grandchildren to the kids workshops. She always greets me with a smile and brightens my day !!

Phenomenal service. I do hate that this survey is making me use a certain number of characters though just to restate Martha and Angel rocked our night.

Unfortunately, Home Depot is better for the home owner not the contractor. There is a low amount of material you can return without a receipt. From that point it's yours to keep. Enjoy those extra wax toilet rings, they are great stocking stuffers.

Came to the store to purchase a washer and dryer. Sales associate was fabulous, very knowledgeable and patient. Only negative was having to wait two weeks for delivery due to sale and holidays.
