Ample staff throughout the store and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are better than other competitors in the area. They have an outstanding rental department with just about everything you could ever need.

This store is in a great location, there are no hardware stores nearby.

I never have trouble finding help at Home Depot like I do at other similar type stores. The associates are always SUPER NICE and HELPFUL! They have provided some valuable tips and ideas that have saved me time, money, and hard work.

I wish big box stores would make a quick pick up for home remodel areas instead of having to walk the entire store for so quick redo projects.

I find it frustrating when I need something they always say its a special order or you have to order online. Big box stores are becoming more like online business.

I visited the garden center recently, and the cashier rang up the mulch I wanted without requiring me to get it from the pile. Then I was able to back my car up to the garden center door and another associate helped me load the bags. While these are simple gestures - they were very helpful, and unsolicited, and I appreciated these employees making my visit smooth and efficient.

I use the Home Depot app to know whether the item I need is available in-store (and in which aisle/bay to find the product) or if it must be ordered. When I need assistance and cannot find an associate within two aisles of where the product "should" be, I call the store and ask to be connected to the relevant Department (e.g., plumbing). I then identify the aisle and bay where I'm standing and ask for the help of a knowledgeable associate when one is free. I've used this strategy since installing the home Depot app on my iPhone. After years of frustration and disappointment relative to associate "availability" and "helpfulness", this strategy is responsible for changing my evaluation of these factors from "poor" to "good". (I'd say "above average" if that were a choice, but it isn't.) Its not yet "excellent"; but with this strategy it certainly is a lot better!!

I love that every time I come to this store the associates are readily available and eager to help!

If i was not brushed of by the one employee, my experience would have been pretty top notch.

i did find what i needed and i was pointed in the right direction. i did feel like one of the 3 associates i asked for help did not want to continue to help me and that offended me. i did have 2 employees that helped tremendously.

I find what I need and it is easy ti ck out and they have convenient hours.

Great selection of rental tools. Watch out for the employees though, they are funny guys and might make you laugh. This location is super convenient and stocks everything you need.

The staff at this store answers all my questions thoroughly and respectfully, offering suggestions for different ways of doing repairs and improvements. I appreciate that!

Greeted as I entered the door with a "welcome to Home Depot" by a pleasant lady with a big smile. She asked if she could be of any help and I said that I was just looking at this time. The store is well stocked and a neat place to shop. I did end up buying some power tools. Thank you all for what you do.

My local Home Depot is located at the intersection of St Joseph St and S Waverly Road in Lansing, Michigan. I demand basic cleanliness, but I don't appreciate stores with a lot of cosmetic bells and whistles when I know their cost only adds to the retail price of the products. It feels like I am walking into a good friend's well-organized garage when I walk into Home Depot. I am often amazed by how easy it is to find what I am looking for. The people who work at my local store are my kind of people: it may be their job to be helpful but they give me the impression that it also comes naturally.

The store was clean and it was very easy finding the product I needed.
