I bought my materials today to fix cracks in my basement it worked perfectly.

I needed to purchase a huge order in store for local homeless camps we raised money for on a Home Depot group egift card. From Steve, the store mgr, to Tina, Marissa, Niecie & Caroline, everyone went above and beyond to help with this huge order and help get these local homeless camps the much needed items they need to survive the winter.

While in the Garden Area, I couldn't reach a bag of stone. A worker saw me, hurried over to assist. What great SERVICE!

Everyone at Home Depot in West long branch are helpful, welcoming, friendly and supportive. Mr. McGowan is extraordinarily helpful and friendly. He is the best, he is star manager.

Found the products that I was looking for. I had to ask an associate for the location of one item and she gave me the correct location of the item. I really appreciated that as I'm an older gentleman and saved me time.

Ed was very helpful for my purchase of an outdoor grill! Helped me find which one would meet my needs. Patient and customer oriented! We had trouble ordering and getting the my military discount applied. Caroline stepped in and also had trouble. She tried a zillion different ways and got it done! She went above and beyond to make it work for me! Commendable and a true asset to the WLB Home Depot Team!

your employee named “Tim” was working in paint dept there asked i needed help finding something ..he was very helpful in making sure I got exactly what I was looking for ..he even came out from behind his counter to point out where my item was on shelf down an aisle… I am so appreciative because these days you cannot find good help or anyone to care anymore.. most employees don’t even look at you anymore let alone ask if you need help… that is why this young man should be commended on his exceptional customer service! He is amongst a dying breed!! …Thank you “Tim” you are a gem!!!

This guy Glen is so nasty and and if you try asking him for help, it’s even worse. He gets away with it from what was told by Brian is that he is a manager as well … so, no one can really do anything to discipline.

The service was great today when we decided to try out the first Saturday workshop for kids. Everyone was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to be sure we had a very enjoyable experience.

I asked my wife to return a couple of pesticide bottles that I changed my mind about. She was offered $.10 each for 2 bottles that cost closer to $20! She could not reach me when doing this return so she made the bad judgement to accept this ridiculous $.10 each offer! The cashier,Gil should have advised her the normal price of these bottles, and maybe even suggested to hold them since she couldnt reach me. When I called about this to get the bottles back,I got the run around with made up stories of why the bottles disappeared! Terrible Experience

The employees are so nice and helpful in WLB. Needed to buy a certain color paint, but had no clue about all the types and finishes I could get. The employee helped explain everything so I could make a decision. Also the employee at the register helped with my scanning and also helped me apply for a Home Depot cc which I will be using a lot.

They had the sale item in stock and the staff (especially Chris) were very helpful!

Valid NJ license plainly marked "VETERAN" was declined by cashier "Allen". Plainly marked sale of plants "2 for $10" was refused because it "was only for Mother's Day".

Always a great experience at the West long Branch Hole Depot. Friendly and knowledgeable staff - if they don’t know the answer they will find someone who does. The store is always clean, bright, and easy to find what I’m looking for. The website even will tell you what aisle and bay an item is located.

i was so fortunate to have been helped by Jan in the plumbing department! she is so knowledgeable and helpful - takes the time to share her expertise! i had an outstanding customer experience due to her taking the time to make sure i got the best product!
