The store was very tidy, it was very easy to find items, overall a pleasant store experience.

Very accessible to someone who doesn't want to ask for help

During the remodeling of my home Cazzie at the Home Depot in Eatontown went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed. All of the employees were extremely helpful loading my vehicle with my purchases and went above and beyond to point me in the right direction for the supplies I needed! Highly recommend this Home Depot.

I found what I was looking for quickly with help from a store associate. And I saved $25.00 by opening a Home Depot charge.

I use a power wheelchair which had screws missing from the arms and so it was not functional. I didn't know the size of the screws to use or how I was going to figure it out, but Wayne was so helpful and immediately approached and asked if he could help. He helped to determine the correct size screw, as well as helped to locate the screws, and then went above and beyond by helping to put the screws in because I was not able to do so. He did it with such kindness and cheerfulness and treated me with such respect and without me having to ask. He just offered and did it and I am truly grateful. I have not met many employees like him who are willing to go out of their way to be helpful.

I purchased a gallon of paint. The paint service member showed me the location of the type of paint to use and helpful advice to make a good choice. He had the can of paint shaken and gave me two paint sticks for future use. I had same experience in plumbing dept. Staff member took me to item i was looking for. Gentlemen was also very pleasant and showed me two offers of what I was looking for. At the check out staff member assisted me at self check out to scan in items and check out faster. Over all experience was a 10 +.

The level of customer service I experienced at this store was by far the best I have experienced.

Ray was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When the item was not available bc it is a seasonal item, Ray showed me other options that would work.

We used to purchase all our appliances from a local family owned store, that now charges for delivery. We checked Home Depot online and decided to give it a try - wondering if the sales associate would be as knowledgeable as the former store we had always used. We were pleasantly surprised when Inga Soldo approached us immediately and "knew her merchandise"! She was wonderful to work with and we were very happy with our shopping experience. Hopefully, the washing machine will work out as well as the salesperson did!!

Bob at the pro desk is the best. He was eager to help and efficient. He was very patient and friendly which is so important in the busy, stressful life of a contractor. My order was not an average one and required extra effort. He was ready and went above and beyond to meet the task. It made my day before it even started!
