I went in to purchase something I knew nothing about, Jim was eager to show me the products on offer and provided advice on what would suit my requirements better. Jim was very helpful and did it all with a smile, he is a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Jim in D28 for providing great customer service!

Store is always well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I like this store because I can always find someone to help me. Whether my question is about gardening supplies, plumbing, electrical or a building project. There is always a store associate who is able to provide me with suggestions and/or answers.

Although not finding what I had once purchased there before, I was able to find a substitute product which has satisfied my requirements.

Whenever I go into this store and walk past an store associate, they always ask me if I need help!

AS ALWAYS IT WAS EASY TO FIND THINGS. HELPFUL STAFF WHEN ASKED OR SOMETIMES NOT EVEN WHEN YOU ASK THEYRE HELPING. USED THE SELF CHECKOUT AND WAS EASY TO USE.

Everything was easy to find. Franklin, Linda, and Glen were attentive to all of my questions and very helpful.

Just needed some Great Stuff foam and some cleaning products. Everything was where I thought it would be without the need to ask an associate. And, on a busy, rainy day, the check-out was still relatively quick and pleasant.

Home Depot is a home away from home. I pretty much know where to find everything. The sales people are always so helpful (they must see a woman looking). The last time we were there, JR was our cashier--very pleasant, polite and deserves recognition. I am a retired teacher and when I had to call a parent, 10 % of the calls were to complain about how their child was acting in class and 90% was to praise them. Tell JR he was doing a fantastic job.

I found what I needed & Home Depot had plenty of these items in stock.

Bought some flowers and in he staff outside were able to help me find what I was looking for and ring me up outside!

John , jpd6576, was very pleasant and helpful. He was knowledgeable and went out of his way to assist my purchase. All the items I bought are fine.

Plenty of sales people available to help. The check out person even told me to use my Home Depot card to get a 5% discount

I visited the law and Garden dept. and John was just such a great help in locating what I was looking for!! He was extremely helpful and proficient!

I required help in two departments - paint and garden. Both associates were friendly, eager to help and knowledgeable about the products. My experience was completely positive. Will definetly be shopping here again.

I came to The Home depot to get some planting done. The associates in the garden center were very busy, but when my time came for assistance they were knowledgeable and helpful. John D. the Cashier was very quick at ringing up the long line and he was very nice and made a hectic day easier to deal with.

Most of the employees here have been very helpful and pleasant in past visits; but yesterday, the fellow in the lumber department making cuts seemed to be having a bad day. He didn't greet me or the person before me. He was very curt and really made it seem like the customers were an inconvenience to him. That's not the way I want to be treated by associates.
