Everything about this place sucks

The various needs for my continued construction projects are always met with the help for the Home Depot

This visit, I knew exactly what I wanted and where to find it, so I had not interactions at all, with employees this time... except for check out. Store was tidy and well stocked. As retired law enforcement, I do not like the absence of theft controls at check out. At self-check out, nobody monitored activity and unlike other retailers, there is no scale to at checkout. I saw a theft in front of me; suspect failed to scan 2 expensive products in his cart of 20 items. This makes the prices of everything go up. Be more vigilant.

I ordered Kitchen cabinets and employees I worked with were very helpful and friendly.

I always find this Home Depot in good order and with a very fine selection.

We were pleasantly surprised at Bob’s level of knowledge and professionalism relative to our sliding door purchase. He’s a gentleman and a Pro!

I have had nothing but problems shopping at Home Depot. I ordered something through the store's website and the wrong product was delivered. Next time I tried ordering through the site but had the product delivered to the store. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, again I found it was the wrong product. I decided to visit my local West Norriton store and pick out my own items from the shelf, since obviously having them delivered doesn't work. When I visited the store on 8/22/23, the cashier (Robert) in the garden shop felt it necessary to make a bad joke about what I was going to do with the product I was purchasing, then proceeded to take my paper towels out of my cart and place them on the dirty ground in order to scan them. I took the paper towels back inside the main store and exchanged them, which was a bit of a hassle. What does one have to do to have a positive experience with Home Depot?

Ray was super helpful in the lumber area making cuts for us and helping carry and organize our materials.

He was somewhat rude to me everybody in that store should know how to change a loan to a 6-month no interest loan That's what I wanted when I came to get my my supplies roofing material The guy who set me up I think made the mistake I had a coupon with me he told me I could not use both I couldn't do both so we ended up with the coupon $15 off coupon That's not what I wanted when I stayed man came in That's when I realized I paid an interest charge no one in the store know how to do it finally after four phone calls to home Depot credit card company I got it taken care of by a manager or supervisor named Christy 5 minutes later The other people in the store were just complete idiots as far as I'm concerned so there's my review

What a terrible visit for customer service. I needed help with something that was showing in stock, and a certain area. I felt like any associate who came to help barely had a pulse. It was the worst experience I've ever received at a Home Depot store. Super disappointing.

I found what I needed and was out of the store fast to get the job done.

I buy things from this store all the time. Customer service if excellent and always get the help I need when in the store so I can get in and out in record time so I can get back home to work on my project.

i always find whatever i need in the garden center. Bob, the cashier is always more than helpful!

Product helped address my current problem with my toilet.

Had to find a replacement for a 4-inch LED outdoor garage light. Found it with ease and even an upgraded set. Wonderful experience and recommend Home Depot for all your home project needs.

The staff at the east Norriton HD were at the top of their game today. Every time I turned around someone was there to help. From the manager Tasheka, to the two gentlemen back in lawn & garden (Freddy & Dom). I got a great deal on a wheelbarrow, though if you ever buy something assembled like that, always check that all the nuts & bolts are tight , and the tire pressure is full.

Larry and alice at the pro desk were terrible in helping me with my issue and showed no concern. They even showed how impatient and unwilling they were in helping me with my issue. Very terrible experience and bad service from both of them

This store is always organized and the employees are always very friendly and helpful.

I am thrilled that Home Depot was willing to give a donation credit towards a program at our local high school. Post prom is designed to keep kids and the community safe the night of prom and without the generosity of establishments and volunteers in our community this program would not be possible. Thank you Home Depot for truly making a difference and a huge shout out to Britt, Rahul, Larry and management for all of your help

Purchased and order my floor on 09/21/2023 - to date my floor is still not installed. This process has been one headache after another with little to no sense of urgency in this matter getting corrected. We ordered hard wood floor and selected and paid for in home delivery which meant dropped off in my driveway for me to carrying into my actual house. The order was not delivered in full and no one from the store called to confirm that delivery was dropped off in full. The invoice left with the material stated dropped in full but i was missing more than 3 items. Installers took 3 weeks after drop off to come and install. Once there they stated more than half the floor was defective and could not be installed. The installers had already stripped my current floors and laid down the paper prepping for installation. Was told that the floor would need to be exchanged out. The actual floor exchange took 2 and half weeks to get done, to which i had to take more time off once for pick up and once again for delivery. The delivery driver was scheduled at a different time from the helpers to bring in the floor , so the floor sat in the rain for about an hour before the workers showed up to bring inside. The workers left all the packing material , straps and wood in my driveway for me to clean up. I have had my whole upstairs with bare sub floor and paper laid down for coming on 4 weeks now with one more week to go. Passing another Holiday to where i can not host anything due to all the furniture relocated to leave rooms bare , to the family reduced to one room cause the rooms need to be bare for install , avoiding my upstairs due to the subfloor not being a smooth or safe surface to walk on because of previous tack nails , potential of wood splinters. The workers have provided no sense of urgency to fix this matter , I have not been contacted by anyone to apologize about the inconvenience. To actually get someone on the phone requires multiple call ins and messages for a response. If you are looking to start your floor project with Home Depot ----- DONT .... it will be 11 weeks from order date to installation for me ... assuming they install when i am currently scheduled for and dont delay anymore.....

I was very surprised when Pam walked up to me to inquire if I needed help. I told her what I needed and she swung into action. She even loaded my purchases into my car, with the help of her colleague named Mr Strickland. I was overjoyed.

do not expect anyone to help you. They will even lie to you if you ask for a manager to help you, and for the love of God, do not go into the store to pay for a quote that you got over the phone.

I bought a Cub Cadet for my employer. From start to finish, Matt from Rental and his manager Alice from Pro dept. helped me find the best deal, and the right mower. I really was impressed by how quick and efficient they were and how friendly and polite they both were. I would definitely recommend both this store as well as employees Matt, Alice and all the staff. They could not have been any better.

On my last three shopping trips, I have encountered 3 employees in the kitchen department. Each took extra time to answer my questions and show me where the products were I was looking for, and provided what help they could with decision making.

I visit home depot monthly for whatever I need. I like this store.
