Mike in appliances was a great help! He is very knowledgeable and facilitated delivery of our new washer and pick up of our old one! So happy.

Some of the Employees can be real jerks. Most are wonderful people though

I love the store, and have had excellent assistance just about every time I’ve needed it. You have several employees that have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. In particular, I would like to complement Marc. He has offered some help on several occasions, including from outside the department where he works. His advice has always been perfectly solid and greatly appreciated.

We had to buy appliances for a new home build, and it was stressful. We came in one day with a lot of questions, and Michael James was there to help educate us about the products, and also made us laugh. He was respectful, and not at all pushy. We left that night, and then checked out the same products at two other stores. We ended up back here to make the purchase BECAUSE of the amazing service we got from Michael. The store was clean, associates all helpful, and made this process for us that much better. Thank you!

This store has the worst customer service i have ever experienced!! i understand it is a difficult time, but there is no need to be rude to a customer because they are a female and asking for assistance loading a bulk item into the car. i was going back and forth trying to get help for 2 hours!! The only one who offered assistance and did so promptly was a gentleman named Steve. He was polite and helpful. i wish i had his assistance from the start.

During this crisis shopping has become a bigger ordeal! too many people out buying stuff they do not need! The stores sre mostly understaffed with more incapable associates! this makes a less desirable shoppinng Experience!

Store stocked real well and everyone seemed very helpful. The checkout person Bob A. was a great help.

Clean store, nice people and easy to navigate.

I needed 30 bags of topsoil to fill in holes that my dog made. I hired a physically challenged man to do the work. I stopped by the store to make sure they had the bags in stock. I informed Marshall, the patio area manager, that I was coming back for the bags in a bit. When my worker and I went back, Marshall went out of his way to help organize a pallet of 30 bags. He then had Sharon open the gate for us. Marshall used his skill to carefully load the pallet on my worker's truck Sharon made sure everyone stayed safe. Very please with the service. My worker was happy he didn't have to load the bags into his truck. Thank you.

Rudest, unapologetic, and arrogant customer service lady working at 2 pm on 02/05/20 with user ID SXL4HHJ. She should not be allowed to deal with customers. Delivery date was agreed and confirmed and date of delivery had to call to find out the date was arbitrarily changed without my consent. Called store and received no help. Went personally to store and endured the rudest and most horrifying experience I have had with a customer service rep.

The employees at the West Norristown Home Depot store are very helpful.

Cashiers too busy chatting with themselves to help customers. Needed my help to scan items. Cashier wanted me to find the UPC code in order to scan and pay.

I worked with Nick Zubrzycki, one of the store supervisors. I had 3 different items I was looking to buy. He help me with all three without trying to oversell me. He asked me questions to find out what my uses were for each item. I will definitely go to this location again and work with him.
