Couldn't find what I wanted. Unorganized.couldn't find prices for most items wanted.

I recently moved into the area and I am very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

I was trying to buy a few adirondack chair kits that you assemble but Pottstown store only had one. We tried to use Homedepot.com to see how many were available at other stores. Very annoying because the item that we were looking at did not exist on the website so couldn't order on line and pick them up. Had to do it the old fashioned way and call every store in the area until I found several at this store. An associate in the Patio section was extremely helpful and patient.. I was hoping to see a picture, specs,reviews maybe an assembled piece so that I had some idea of what was in the box. It wasn't on the website and there was no manufacturer's name on the box. After all this searching and phone work, I had to drive to this store and basically buy over $100 worth of "grab bags" and hope that it was what I needed. I just didn't care for the experience of having to buy sight unseen except for a box. I cannot fault any of the associates at each store that tried to help me because they were all exceptional. Long story short, website gets an "F" and associates get an "A++++++".

just came in for another round of bagged mulch (my third trip this season!) staff was immediately available and very helpful. I always enjoy shopping at this location.

This store is very clean, no clutter in the aisles. Products easily found. Associate in appliances was outstanding: extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the minor details needed to complete my order for two appliances.

Helpful associates, well marked aisles and brightly lit. I was able to find all products I needed without needing assistance thanks to the logical layout of the store

It was a slow start. Long wait at customer service. They couldn't find my order at first although their computer verified it had been processed. Once the goods were located the "loaders" took over, apologizing for the delay and treating me like I owned the place. They brought the order to my truck, loaded it very carefully and were ready for me when I returned. (The load took TWO TRIPS). They quickly and courteously reloaded my truck and off I went... pretty much forgetting the delays at the beginning.

Tabitha was very gracious and expeditiously processed our coupon and reorder. Ted was helpful in answering questions about grills in the Seasonal Department.

Home Depot is the 'candy store' for do-it-yourselfers'. I especially like the quickness of the self check-out and the assistance given by the attendant cashier. The courtesy and helpfulness helped to speed me through with my purchases.

assistance with loading car always available. knowledgeable help. although there has been 2 incidents it was evident the assistant was wrong in their advice. on the whole, this is a rarity

Anytime I visit the Home Depot, the service and assistance is excellent. I also like the self check out option for smaller purchases.

Staff is very friendly and always available! While in other stores you have to track down an employee, in Home Depot, there is some one around and they are super friendly.

The store is a complete mess and disorganized. Many of the products are not where the prices are marked and you have to ask about everything. Additionally, I wanted to buy some additional replacement stones that I used to edge my garden but the store does not carry them anymore. This is very disappointing.

the min thing I wanted to find was not available at this store, but the assosciate offered a viable replacement.

My daughter and I were shopping in the lawn/garden outside area for mulch and only had a regular shopping cart. We decided to purchase more than a regular cart would hold. The store associates were so very helpful. One store associate retrieved another shopping cart for us and another associate lifted the mulch bags into our cart for us. Check out was quick and easy as another associate came to our cart with a scanning and credit card device that had us out of the store quickly. Then in addition to helping with pushing the heavy cart, 2 associates waited as I parked my car closer to the check out area and loaded the mulch and stones into my car. Overall, I was very impressed with the efficiency and courteous, friendly service I experienced at this Home Depot.

Clean store with clearly labelled isles and very helpfully associates

As soon as I walked in the door, I was kindly greated by an associate and asked if I needed help locating anything. She was able to point me to the right aisle, and even offered to walk and show me to the aisle herself. Once I got to the aisle, my brother and I were looking at grill brushes and a man by the name of Larry or Lenny (sorry I can't remember!!) noticed my brother and I had trouble figuring out which brush to choose from. He came over and gave us his personal opinion of which he likes best, why, and also some tips to help make cleaning our grill easier! I am always pleased with this Home Depot, the staff is always willing and proactive in helping customers, and I always leave satisfied. Keep up the great work!

The store is clean, associates go out of their way to help you. Select is great and priced reasonably. We like Home Depot so much more than the one closer to us. We went to this store a couple of nights ago to order a new screen & front door. The associate who helped us was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with!!!
