the help we received while shopping for a new dryer was fantastic- the sales associate was nice, knowledgeable and helpful!! I actually didn't mind being there!

cashier was to preoccupied with chatting up females than helping me scan barcodes for four large bundles of insulation. self check would not allow me to do. Had to wait for him to finish begging from one girl, then stopped helping me to" halla "at another as she went on by. I'm sorry I thought I was in a retail store at 11am not a singles bar on Saturday night. Bundles of insulation flopping all over think he could have moved a little faster. No I'm wrong that would have involved doing something. This after I had previously asked him where to find heavy duty staplers. Told me "I don't know I run cashier". What happened to "I'm not sure, let me find someone to assist you", or something of that nature. Wound not make eye contact and just walked away fro me. If I want to be treated badly I'll go to the DMV. I expected better customer service. This is not the first time, this is becoming the norm. Not a problem at Lowes.

Knowledgeable staff completed my order is on time. As a professional makes my job easier.

went to TWO separate home depot, one in nyc and one in west nyack , ny. took two keys to be cut. each set failed, could not even fit into keyhole much less turn. each store said their machines are at fault. home depot key cutting machines are worthless. when TWO say the machines are faulty YOU SHOULD STOP CUTTING KEYS UNTIL YOU FIGURE OUT WHY. HOME DEPOT IS LOSING MONEY BY PAYING EMPLOYEES AND PAYING FOR KEYS that are cut, don't work and they have to refund costs back to consumer. By the way as I was waiting in line the guy in front of me in line said to the employee this was his THIRD trip to try to get his keys recut- because they didn't work. The only problem was I should have learned from what he said and turned around and left to go elsewhere to get my keys cut. assistant manager rude and defensive. store manager has not called back despite my request to speak to him NO STARS BEYOND POOR

I was delightfully surprised by the knowledge and politeness of every associate I came in contact with.

It is easy to shop at this store, everything is always wear it was the last time you were there. Always know which way to go.

I always have a positive experience at the Home Depot store in West Nyack. The sales associates are always so helpful and courteous. They are knowledgeable about everything in the store and if they dont know they make sure they find someone who can help. The store is clean, neat. Items are always in stock. My family especially love going in on Holidays including Halloween because of all the fun decorations they put out for display. It has become an outing for my family. Love this store and the staff. Thanks Home Depot.

It could be because this store is located behind the Palisades Mall but I really like the fact that it is never too crowded. Associates are usually easy to find and they maintain a good stock.

When I needed help the associates were there and very helpful in the checkout cashier was very attentive

I got supplies for my bathroom to fix a mold situation...staff what very helpful.

Store was clean, organized easy to access through the aisles and find products. Cashier Alex was superb in helping me check out and finding product prices for me!

Had a tough plumbing project and I'm not a plumber but Ron helped me with the parts and he was right, I could and did it myself. Saved me a plumbers bill and the time waiting for a plumber. Thanks Ron

I usually do not need store associate assistance, but this day I did. Cara directed me to exactly where the items I was looking for and even had me check out at the service desk to expedite my purchase. I have had Cara as a cashier before and I'm in awe of her professionalism, knowledge and courtesy to both customers and other store associates. I don't understand why the HD isn't utilizing her talents to teach other store associates to be as professional, courteous and knowledgeable with regards to placement of store products to her eagerness to take care of the customers concerns and purchases. In my opinion as a former HD employee, she should be promoted ASAP before others, so that she may lead the way in customer service....

I was very satisfied with the help I received in the carpet department. I was able to get exactly what I needed with the help of the associate. Everyone I was in contact with, from the floor staff to the customer service rep, made themselves available for assistance.

I enjoyed the friendlyness of the associates. I was happy with having a large seletion to choose from and was happy with the price I paid.

This store location needs to keep their shelves more organized and price tagged properly. Keep it dust free.

The store is clean, convenient and fairly well organized. Needs some attention to sorting in the plumbing and electrical area, the customers have already helped enough creating disarray in the bins on the shelf.

I was met by an associate, told her what iI needed. She called for someone to help lift heavy items and I was met by that associate. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

WHILE WAITING IN LINE TO GET AN ISSUE CARED FOR, CARA, THE STORES SPECIAL SERVICES DESK CLERK, HAD BEEN HANDLING AN IRATE CUSTOMER WHEN THEY PROCEEDED TO YELL AT HER. SHE KEPT HER COOL, HANDLED THE CUSTOMERS ISSUE AND THE CUSTOMER LEFT SATISFIED AND HAPPY. SHE DIRECTED ME TO THE PRO KIOSK AFTER GETTING ME A COPY OF A RECENT LOST RECIEPT, TO SIGN UP FOR THE PRO PROGRAMM WHERE I CAN GET COPIES OF RECIEPTS EMAILED TO ME FOR FUTRE REFERENCE. SHE HANDLED HERSELF WITH GREAT PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTESY, EVEN WHILE BEING SCREAMED AT BY AN UNREASONABLE CUSTOMER. SHE IS AN ASSET TO THE HOME DEPOT AND SHOULD BE PROMOTED TO ASSISTANT MANAGER SO SHE CAN TEACH HER PEERS ABOUT PROFESSESIONALISM AND TACT ON HOW TO HANDLE AN IRATE CUSTOMER.... WELL DONE!!!!!
