Service in this store is above board and very refreshing to get help when and were you need it.

Incredibly friendly and helpful employees work here and should know how amazing they are in the sea of Reno mega-department stores staffed by permanently sullen people. They had what I needed, were exceptionally nice and I can honestly say I will go the 30+ miles out of my way to shop at their store again.

I like this store it has a lot of very helpful staff commercial cashiers are very friendly. I feel like this is my second home because I'm here so much, but my Condos are going through renovations and I use a wide variety of products this usually has what I'm looking for.

The Reno Home Depot near McCarrin was actually fun and comfortable to be in. I had great service while I shopped for a bathroom vanity.

I shop here a lot almost every week and sometimes 2 to 3 times in a week, the staff is friendly and I usually can find what I need pretty quickly... the only complaints that I have is they need to hire more staff, sometimes it is extremely hard to find help...also most people get off around 4:30 to 5 and there is less staff in the evening and key departments are closed completely...I've been there to buy carpet for my 18 unit Condo complex and NO one to assist me so I took the business to Lowes....ya need to fix that problem! I still shop here a lot...but you also need to get better lighting products because Lowe's has much superior lighting and at lower prices...

Employees are not very helpful. It seems like they are rushing to do their job and would not give time to answer questions. It's understandable if they are busy but they have like 2 costumers in the whole store. The Cashier was frowning and did not even look at us, as if she hated her job. I advise her to smile and say how are you but she just ignored me.

This store is always clean and the employees are ready and willing to assist you. I've always left satisfied with the products and service!

I am most impressed by your stock levels and amount of help available. As a lifelong purchasing agent, I appreciate the amount of time and effort it takes to keep a store well stocked.

I visit this Home Depot at least once a week. Every time I come in I am warmly greeted and asked if I need any help. From the greeter all the way through to the cashier, I only see friendly faces willing to offer a hand or answer a question. Sometimes, I bring my kids here just to cruise the aisles when the weather is too nasty to do anything outside. I have never had a bad experience here.

Dan was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable! He helped us over the phone well, with specifications we needed, and with applying for a new Home Depot card! Carissa was very understanding afterwards and friendly as well! We will be returning.

The store has always had what I was looking for and I always received help from the personnel on the floor. The store is clean and products are well displayed in general. Big projects receive serious consideration by specialists and it is easy to obtain useful information and suggestions.

Ellen McGregor extremly helpful in our purchasing kitchen cabinets. She's so knowledgeable and friendly and funl to work with. She deserves a bonus!

Couple of little complaints, as already listed above.

Excellent store. Employees are always ready and willing to help...from the manager to the secretary in the back office (Shelly). You will find the manager is just "one of the gang"

I am here every other day and I am always given great service and this store always has what I need to get the job done.

How nice to find an employee readily available on a Saturday who, while not immediately knowing the answer, knew how to find it. Very different than my visit for the same item(s) a week prior.

I found my product quickly and got help rapidly to check specifications, delivery, etc. Employees were very helpful and I could buy/pay/schedule delivery without problem. Overall, a good experience.

GREAT STORE. PLEASE REMIND YOUR EMPLOYEES THAT THEY ARE THE REASON YOUR STORE IS GREAT.
