I love my west seattle home depot. The folks are sooo helpful and the store is clean and open and inviting. Always something fun going on. I meet up with my neighbors and get my projects DONE!!

I have rarely ever experience store staff that was so willing to help and so knowledgeable about their store. It made my shopping experience very enjoyable. Prior to entering the store I was not looking forward to wandering around such a large store looking for my items. Your staff made it a pleasure and as such I will be returning each time I need something that I can acquire from Home Depot

The associate offered me assistance and took me to the aisle as well as explaining the difference in both products. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and even rang me up. She made my shopping experience very easy.

I needed to purchase a new front porch light fixture. As I was pondering, an associate asked if I had any questions. After asking my question, she located an electrical specialist, Eldon, who walked me through the installation process and showed me the differences in my several choices. Great customer service!!

I knew where the disposals were from my last visit to this very well run and maintained store.

Upon entering the Delridge store I asked the greeter where I might find kitchen sink soap dispensers. She sent me directly to the display - really knew her store well.

It was the associate's first day on the job. I had a receipt of things my business partner purchased so was not sure of what I needed. I gave Peter (associate's name) my old receipt and told him what I needed. He was more than helpful and locating the items I needed.

This is a great store to find what you need and with the best price in town i highly recommended.

Even though I came into the store in the middle of inventory, the store was very clean and organized. The lady at the service desk saw me and asked if I needed any help. I was buying ant bait and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up finding everything I came in for!

pleasant shopping experience,not too busy, clean,very pleasant staff

Went to Home Depot for a water line for my toilet. First asked an associate there for direction, and he not only took me to the Plumbers' row but then asked what I was looking for and led me directly to the water pipe then asked what size I needed. He was very helpful. I was also pleased with the price I paid that was a very fair price compared to the other store that I had checked out first. I left there feeling I got the best deal for the same product. And the check out stand self serve got me out quickly.

We only had to find a few things and it took us about 3 minutes. It was easy and great

If you ever need window help look for Trish and Stacy, they were extremely helpful and found the window latch i needed replaced. Very friendly and personable! Not only that but the gentleman (didn't get his name) who walked me to them also went and found the light bulbs i needed while i was working with Trish and Stacy. Best Service EVER!

Scott helped me today and he was AMAZING! He knows the entire store front to back and when I ended up coming back to the store 3 different times in 30 minutes, he was there every time, ready to help me find the right product. He even went as far as to follow me to the cash register to check me out. EXCEPTIONAL service and an employee that Home Depot should cherish. Thanks Scott!

We have had a wonderfully positive experience with the particular Kitchen Design Consultant who worked with us throughout our project, from arranging measurement, to creating a design and "tweaking" it , choosing a cupboard company, and all the rest. Two of her associates in the department, were also very helpful in answering some questions when she was on vacation. Thanks you so much!

I was very pleased to have one of the sales associates from the store help me in finding exactly what I needed to complete a new base cabinet for my work break room. They were sure to find me everything I needed to complete the job with no fuss and offered great suggestions. I will be sure to come again thanks to that one employee going the extra mile to take care of me. I haven't seen that sort of service in years anywhere.

My power drill broke during a job last night and the Home Depot ads arrived with the morning paper. The drill I was looking for was on sale so I quickly drove to the store. The drill was not on the shelf with the other drills as it was a "special" limited to stock on hand, and was in the front of the store. The store associate was readily available and he looked on his hand set, knew that there were eight left, located the display at the entrance, and brought one back to me. He saved the day! The cashier who checked me out was friendly and very courteous. I brought the new drill back to finish the job, and cannot say that I was anything but pleased with the way things went. Thank you Home Depot!

Today I went to Home Depot with a shopping list and filled everything on it. The lumber guy helped me find what I needed and the cashier was friendly. Easy day!

I ordered a complete building list for my addition to my house. I went through Craig at the Pro Desk. Extremely helpful and found everything I needed. I live in Alaska and was great to use this store being close the shipping company. I would highly recommend this store to anyone living in Alaska. If I haven't mentioned it already Craig was great help in the store and over the phone.

Nice store and staff very vlean and organized, very good experience

I had a great Tuesday night experience at Home Depot thanks to Faruk. I had a random list of items I needed to purchase; with many items falling under "new purchases" for me. Meaning, I had no idea where to locate them. I am pretty savvy regarding the floor plan of my Home Depot but this time I needed help. Faruk not only took the time to run through my "scavenger hunt" list with me, he did it was a great deal of customer service. Better yet, he solved a shelf hanging issue that has been perplexing me since I first tried to hang these shelves. A plus was that he listened and understood it had to be an esthetically pleasing solution! I was thrilled with his idea! My Home Depot is fortunate to have Faruk. He was my Rock Star. I really appreciated his help and professionalism.

Visited the store for Tool Rental and to get some yard items. Spoke with an associate who was very helpful. Tool Guys are great too. HD is definitely improving their staff.

Good store, big help, more product to choose, easy to find

I found the store had everything I needed for my garden. The only thing I would like to see changed is different gardening labels.
