The employees at the store are friendly and helpful. They show pride in the Home Depot workplace. Store is clean and well stocked. I especially like that they support the West Seattle community by giving back with their time.

My wife work close to this store. I droped her of at 6 in the morrning and sotp by this store to buy something for my building project all the time. i like that way it save my time

I have a blinds order that was supposed to ship in 2 weeks time and because the 3rd party Vendor changed the date without telling Home Depot, Kathy chased down what was going on. I greatly appreciate this type of service when I am on firm timelines. Also a shoutout to Ben in Blind. He is fantastic!

There two employees who were very helpful Ryan and Ilon at the west Seattle Store were great. I wanted to buy a spool already threaded for a weed cutter. Not only did they provide great service, Ryan re-threaded the spool that I bought with me to show what I wanted to buy (spool was half-threaded). That is going an extra what to next level to help a customer. Ryan and could not find the item. Ryan Ilon for help, Ilone immedately found the item. KUDOS TO BOTH OF THEM.

Great store, although it is one of their smallest locations, it is a wonderful store with an impeccable staff, they are friendly and knowledgeable. If you are in the area or live around here definitely stop in great store, great vibes. Love Home Depot!

I went in to get a new Ryobi Drill Driver and decided that I should get an impact driver instead. Then I discovered that they had a set of both for a great price which made me get the package deal. I was very happy with the outcome. Now, I have both which saves me time from having to switch out bits, plus I have two more batteries to work with and another charger. It worked out great and the price for both wasn't much more than the price of one! As for the store itself... I've always found the staff to be very helpful. I never feel like I'm imposing on them when I ask a question like I've gotten at Lowe's before. I like this Home Depot... I've been shopping there for 11 years and can't remember having a bad experience.

The products of this store are cheaper than another that why I came here to buy them.

Employees are always very welcoming and helpful- even by phone, which can save me a non-productive trip.

Recently visited this store to purchase a water heater when ours was found leaking and at the end-of-life. Had originally gone to the store on Lander st. but they didn't have the unit we wanted in stock and no one asked to help us. We checked and found that the Delridge store had the item. When we arrived several people greeted us, asked if we needed help. From finding the item, the small accessessories needed to change out, getting checked out and the item loaded we had help from friendly staff during the entire visit.

I like going to this Home Depot, not only because of convenience, but the general expertise of the sales associates. They seem most helpful and never disinterested. They always take me to the place where my item is located. When they don't know, they ask good questions or find someone who does know. They don't waste my time and the store and restrooms are always clean.

Hard to find associates...and once you do, they can't answer the questions since it is not their department. Only option to checkout was the self-checkout and the contractor desk (i'm not a contractor). Very frustrating when you have a cart full of stuff. The few associate working aren't really interested in taking care of the do-it-yourself customer. They would rather focus on the contractors. I will switch to Lowe's...or, if I must go to Home Depot, I will go out of my way to go to the SoDo location.

The prices are great, I've gotten great price reductions on discontinued items and the people are friendly. Some stores act like they're doing you a favor to wait on you. At this store the employees are friendly and very courteous. Many times in lumber or paint I have had extensive help from a clerk who had a lot of patience. They will literally walk all over the store to find the right item, and then turn right around and do the same for someone else. What more do you want? And the prices are very good. I've quit price comparing with other stores. No need.

This store is very convenient for me to shop at and it is well stocked. I usually can find whatever I look for . And the employee's are always very helpful.

Management is obviously engaged as store workers really seem to like working there!

Scottttttttt! Everyone go see him.......oh and the old guy in the Carpet Area. Those two men are my best kept secret at getting projects done in my home. Staff are really knowledgeable and not just like random hires. They know their stuff.

Poor customer service. i'm in a wheelchair and couldn't find anyone to help me. Only one employee asked me if i needed help with the large bag of potting soil i was trying to carry.

The store is helpful and cashier Jerome is a delight. A better way to not be overwhelmed in the store is to increase ease of access and identifying where items are when the shoppe is not a contractor.

The paint department is fast, friendly and efficient. Super helpful when picking out product for appropriate wall texture.

As someone getting more into home repair and remodeling, I will make my share of errors (purchase of wrong materials or tools, etc.) and can be expected to find problems with some purchases. This store has always been one of the most friendly and helpful places to do such business -- nearly as good or the same as a local hardware store such as True Value. All problems are handled professionally and with respect -- far better than some other Home Depot stores or Loewes. Their prices are almost always competitive to superior. As usual, it is a little hard to find employees to help with questions but when found, have always been courteous and helpful.
