Ms. Carol is so wonderful!!! She always makes me feel like family everytime I come into the store---not just another customer. She is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Anytime I come into the store, I am greeted by an associate. They always ask how they can assist me in finding the right product. They are very knowledgeable about their inventory and where the merchandise is located within the store. I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

I Love Home Depot. It's my favorite place to shop. I love to do DIY projects and Gardening. The prices are reasonable and affordable. I have a vinyl water proof floor and it's great. Thanks to home depot, It's more durable than laminate.

i did find every thing i wanted with the store's helper's. there was only a little stuff in the airls for my walker to get by.

I SHOP AT HOME DEPOT - W. SHREVEPORT AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. I PURCHASE ALL MY CLEANING SUPPLIES - LARGE ROLLS OF PAPER TOWELS AND LARGE BOXES OF TRASH BAGS - ALL SIZES. NOW THAT SPRING IS HERE - I WILL BE COMING ON THE WEEKENDS TO GET "FIRST CHOICE" IN ALL THE BEDDING PLANTS! THEY ARE CONVENIENT AND A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP!

My wife & I spoke with the sales associate for some time about the product I was looking for and he was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product lines. He was able to direct me to the product that would best help me in my home project

While shopping at this Home Depot store the associates are always ready to assist you with your needs and requests.

I man named Mark helped me. I needed a folding small stool. He said did not know if they had what I was describing. I went to the bathroom. Came out and he was standing there waiting for me to come out. Just with the perfect stool I needed. This was way over what he needed to do. Mark needs to be commended.

My Appliance Specialist, made my shopping experience great. She was available right away and made sure I had everything needed to install my dishwasher.

the plants were wrapped outside the sales area but I was told I could get what I wanted - no one accompanied me to the wrapped cart

Since its on the less 'glamorous' side of town, it isn't as crowded. Employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and not overworked like at the other stores. I prefer going to this store over the others. The only downside is the slightly less amount of stock, since the store is smaller, but the lack of crowds and available HD employees more than makes up for it.

My experience with The Home Depot on Pines Rd in Shreveport La. was a very good one. The people are very friendly and helpful and made me feel as though I was an important customer. Good Job guys!!!

Over all I found what I went in the store for. I would of most likely found it faster if I would of gotten help.
