the products are very good and the employees are very informative and helpful

I visited the store twice in a week and both times there was a discrepancy between the price displayed and what appears on your receipt! Be very aware that the price listed is what you pay because the difference isn't pocket change but anywhere from $3-$6!!

If you shop Home Depot go to the one on Bert kouns or Bossier store they have friendly Service and nice managers that will help. Do not go to the one on Pines Road if you need any help . Cashiers are nice but you cant get help in the back. Drive on over to Sutherland Lumber if the Bert Kouns Home Depot store doesnt have what you need.

Attempted to purchase Behr Marquee exterior paint since I did not originally order enough for my project (ordered 12 gallons, needed 17 gallons for a whole house paint job). Was told by the girl in paint that the Marquee exterior is not available in store anywhere in Shreveport/Bossier. Purchased 2 gallons of Behr Ultra instead since I had a $300/day lift sitting idle at the jobsite. Called Burt Kouns on my way back to the jobsite (30 minutes into Texas), after navigating through their phone menu and being hung up on twice to find out that Burt Kouns had 6 gallons on the shelf. Called the shift manager at Pines to complain and was told by him to drive the 30 minutes back to Pines, return the paint, drive the 15 minutes to Burt Kouns and get the Marquee I actually needed, then 45 minutes back to the jobsite. Told the manager in no uncertain terms that this was unacceptable given as how I was lied to by their employee and was hung up on. The next morning I complained to the Store Manager, only to receive a stone faced look through the whole conversation, and when I mentioned that I would no longer shop at this store, I got a shrug.

They have the best customer service,everything I came in looking for,I walked out with along with a smile on my face!!!!!

The store were very clean each visit and the workers were very helpful. It has your every household need.

EACH VISIT TO THIS STORE IS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. THEY KNOW WHERE TO FIND ITEMS SO I DO NOT WASTE TIME "HUNTING" FOR WHAT I NEED. ALSO, THEY RECOMMEND SOLUTIONS TO DIFFERENT SITUATIONS. PRICES ARE VERY GOOD.
